10 Questions Every Conservative Needs to Answer About Their Support for Ted Nugent

abbott-nugentEvery month I write a (usually) fun article titled 10 Questions Every Liberal Should Ask Every Republican.  Basically it’s just a monthly feature where I present ten questions I think liberals should present to Republicans and have them answer.

So far there’s been three editions you can locate here, here and here.

But in the midst of this conservative lovefest of Ted Nugent (a draft dodger and self-admitted pedophile) I was moved to write special edition of this article centered around the tens of millions of conservatives who support Ted Nugent – including the Republican candidate for governor of Texas, Greg Abbott.

I’ve been completely baffled at how someone who’s admitted to having sex with underaged girls still has the support of millions of conservatives who claim to represent “family values.”  According to these people, consenting homosexual sex between two adults is an abomination, but a gun nut admitting to having sex with several underaged girls is perfectly acceptable.

It’s disgusting.

Well, without further delay, let’s get to the questions.

1) Are you not bothered at all that a 33-year-old man wrote a song called Jailbait which professed his sexual desires for a 13-year-old girl?

2) If a liberal was caught using a commonly used Nazi slur against a Republican president, would you be okay with that?

3) Do you really believe Ted Nugent’s claim that he “got the parents’ permission” is an acceptable excuse for having sex with young girls?

4) What’s worse?

  • Two consenting adults having sex, regardless of gender – or –
  • A sexual predator preying on young girls

5) If Ted Nugent had admitted to having sex with young boys, not girls, would you still support him?

6) How can someone be considered “ultra-patriotic” when they urinated and defecated in their pants for a month to avoid fighting for their country in Vietnam?

7) Do “Christian values” mean having 5 illegitimate kids, one of which you had to have a court order before you’d pay child support?

8) Do you find it acceptable that Ted Nugent became the legal guardian of a 17-year-old girl when he was 30 just so he could legally have sex with her?

9) By your support of Ted Nugent, a self-admitted sexual predator, are you saying it’s okay to be a sexual predator as long as you advocate for the Second Amendment and hate President Obama?

10) If associating with someone who’s admitted to several sexual encounters with underaged girls; dodged the draft; became the legal guardian of a 17-year-old when he was 30 so he could have sex with her; released a song about his sexual desires toward a 13-year-old girl when he was 33; used Nazi slurs, called the former First Lady a “c*nt” and made a veiled threat against the president’s life, doesn’t disqualify a person (like Greg Abbott) from getting your vote…

Just what in the hell would?

Well, that will conclude this special edition of “10 Questions.”  I hope you all enjoyed it and I hope everyone reading this will share it with as many conservatives as possible.

Because I believe these are questions that really need to be answered.

I think I can find a spot in the bible to back-up #7. Would that make it a “christian value?”

    • Edward Krebbs

Well, one could go back to Genesis and the story of Abraham having a son by one wife and driving out that wife and son.

      • Chuck Lytle

Wouldn’t that be historical Biblical value rather than Christian value since that happened long before Jesus walked and taught?

  • Robin Berss Ross

Really? Is anybody surprised? You`r talking about the scum if the earth here & Ted Nugent is no prize either.

    • Fumetti665

Look in the mirror lately Troll?

  • modera8

I think that the Conservative “white trash” element is what supports Nugent.

    • Mark Travers

You get a loud Amen for that. Nugent is a sick guy.

    • modera8

Well, then it’s a darned good thing the conservatives haven’t taken over the country and outlawed our right to voice our opinion, isn’t it?

    • joeboken

And what would you call fans of Ted Nugent?

      • mike d

I know, Americans who actually love the Constitution.

      • debiannj

Hold it right there. the only part of the Constitution Nugent likes is the 2nd Amendment and the 1st because he gets to shoot off both him MOUTH and his Guns. But what I want to know is why would anyone who would support the Constitution support Ted Nugent? His activities when it came time to go to Vietnam were disgusting, and by his actions and his cowardice, he forced other young men to go to Vietnam and die in his place. And he’s got the audacity to pretend that he’s a patriot? I’m a woman and I did MY duty and joined the military when I was old enough during the Vietnam war. You are implying that I don’t love the Constitution because I don’t support Ted Nugent in any way, shape or form??? I wish you were in front of me when you typed that, because I’d spit on you.

      • mike d

Why I would support ted nugent? The same reason I support anyone who says what’s on their mind even if I don’t agree with it. This is the essence of free speech whereas you only like free speech when you agree with the subject matter.

I was in the Army also but who cares? I volunteered and it was 20 years ago so it doesn’t matter. I know of no celebrity who went to Vietnam do you ??? Are you going to criticize bill Clinton or even Muhammad Ali now? Why not? Because they espouse beliefs that you agree with?? How dishonest of you !

Yes I’m saying exactly that because if you don’t support a person’s right to speak freely in this country even if his views disgust you, then you are a phony and unpatriotic.

      • debiannj

So what you’re actually saying is that you support everyone else’s freedom of speech EXCEPT the people on this thread (or maybe this whole site) AND the POTUS? I support people’s freedom of speech, but when you THREATEN the sitting POTUS’ life, that isn’t freedom of speech, it’s against the law and it’s downright anti-American.

      • mike d

I support everyone’s free speech (including you)no matter how you perceive it. I just don’t understand why what a guy did 35 years ago with a girl who was legal at the time has anything to do with calling an unpopular president a derogatory name. I say let’s go into obamas history since Teds history seems to be open season right? What’s not fair about that?

Obviously it wasn’t against the law because the secret service checked it out and found no evidence to prosecute him. I happen to like that fact a person can say what they like regardless of what anyone thinks. Case in point is when Bill Maher made inflammatory comments regarding 911 and got his show canceled. I was totally against him being punished for that and I’m hardly a bill maher fan but I have a real respect for the 1st Amendment whereas you don’t seem to.

      • debiannj

Courtney Love was a minor when she gave him oral sex. He did a song called Jailbait and has admitted that he is a serial predator. He became a legal guardian of a 17 year old so he could have sex – if she was legal, why did he have to do that? The only part of Obama’s Presidency that is unpopular is with you fringe idiots who, in past decades, would be held behind a fence in a compound for paramilitary militia groups who would be under observation for being subversive. More than likely the secret service investigated and discovered that he’s STILL a chicken who only runs his mouth about guns and politics, and is likely to much a coward to be of danger to the President at that time. If you really believed that everyone has the freedom of speech, you would not be on here inflaming everyone on this site and going after people who disagree with you.

      • mike d

How do even know who blew him? And why do you care? Is he spying on you? Is ted using the IRS to attack people he disagrees with? Is he spying on the press? Did 4 Americans die from this blow job?

      • debiannj

You were the one to say that sex with the 17 yo was legal. It’s not, and neither is having oral sex with a 12 year old. That is called child molestation. For all we know, his having molested Love at 12 could have been what caused her issues now. IFY, Obama isn’t using the IRS to attack people or spying on the press. As far as Benghazi goes – and I was WAITING for that one to come up with you, because that’s ALWAYS something that the Teabaggers bring up – You don’t have access to the classified information about Benghazi so you don’t know everything that went on there. You also don’t appear to be too concerned with the 54 people who died as a direct result of embassy attacks during George Bush’s reign, or all of the people who died in the 9/11/2001 attack because George Bush disreguarded direct evidence of a planned attack – between the CIA mole that talked about the attack before hand, and the intelligence gathered during Clinton’s administration and Bush/Cheney deliberately disregarded – whether it was because they knew something like that attack would give them what they wanted: a war or because they didn’t believe it would happen.

      • joeboken

Now you’re putting Ted Nugent in the same level as the President? Holy crap, you are deranged.

      • mike d

Of course dummy, Ted didn’t sign NDAA, never spied on me, his sexual past has never killed 4 Americans or tried to cover it up, Ted never spied on the press either. Read the Constitution joe please!

      • joeboken

He’s also not the President, he’s just another illegal hunting, draft dodging, child molesting, coward. Obama didn’t kill those Americans, no matter how much you want it to be true, but Bush did murder over 4,000 Americans in an unnecessary war, in cold blood, and for profit, plus over 100,000 innocent Iraqi’s. You’re in your own fantasy land, and you don’t even realize it, I think they call it the “right wing bubble”.

      • mike d

Joe quit deflecting to bush to justify obamas actions this makes you look like a scum bag. I know the killing of over 2000 innocent people with drones and the trashing of our constitution via NDAA, spying, etc.. Etc… Really doesn’t upset you but many Americans find it outrageous that’s why his approval rating has fallen below 40% yesterday. Obama( your king) is a thug.

      • joeboken

To be thought of as a scum bag by you is a compliment, but it’s valid to bring up your guy when he’s done worse than any President in history with his foreign and domestic policies, oh, and he’s also the one who started the spying program, idiot. The thing is I have to defend this President from your insane accusations by comparing your guy to him so you can maybe understand where the truth lies. The things you accuse this President of are things your guy has been even more guilty of, and he’s also responsible for the mess this President is trying to clean up with no help from your do nothing party, who’s only agenda these days is hate, and be against everything. Your party is on it’s death bed, void of any ideas of their own, that’s why they have to attack this President, even in the face of a world crisis, it’s disgusting and childish, and so are you.

      • Kinsey6

I just now ran across this comment thread, and it’s interesting to see the comments now three years later, proving that everything “mike d” said is ridiculously wrong if not outright insane. You did a great job, joboken (and SalisburyWitch), of correcting his ignorance, misstatements, right-wing propaganda, and lies… but it is certainly interesting how, over time, his statements have become all that much more wrong, nutty, and incorrect…. especially now that we have an extremely unhinged, fake news believing, degenerate, white trash, unstable, sociopathic, evil, highly dangerous, exceptionally cruel, ignorant, uneducated, obviously functionally illiterate, traitorous, malignantly narcissistic, serial rapist/sexually perverted, dangerously pro-Russian, misogynistic, homophobic, xenophobic, serially adulterous, bigoted, abhorrently pro-religious, highly mentally ill, kakistocratic, kleptocratic, fascist, oligarchic, poor and middle class hating, serial bankruptcy filing, pathologically lying, pathologically immoral, sociopathic, hypocritical, corrupt, vile, serial bankruptcy filing, treasonous, nefarious, loathsome, pro-fascist, maleficent, disabled-mocking, murderous dictator-idolizing (Duterte, Putin, Erdogan), treasonous, healthcare despising, admitted sex pervert and serial criminal, as well as a professional con artist who also managed to dupe and mislead just enough ignorant, uneducated, gullible hicks, rednecks and rubes to vote for him so that even though he would lose the election by nearly 3 million votes, he would still become president thanks to an outdated and anachronistic system left over from the days of slavery, Russian trolls spreading fake news and lies about Hillary Clinton, and actively colluding with America’s #1 enemy (Russia) to interfere with democracy and throw the election.

On top of that, every day it seems as though there’s some new scandal indicating how this horrendous abomination occupying the White House is also a pro-Russian pinko as well. When I was in high school, being called a Russian sympathizer or traitor was one of the very worst things you could ever call someone. It was the type of insult where if you were to ever call someone that to their face, you’d be guaranteed to get your face instantly rearranged.

And yet the supporters of this lunatic have suddenly been able to redefine being a pro-Russian traitor from one of the worst things one could possibly be into something that is neutral at best, and even something they’re supportive of if they still support him and the job he’s doing. So not only did we end up with a traitorous anti-American pro-Russian stooge in the White House who openly gives away the most highly classified U.S. intelligence and nuclear submarine locations (among countless other crimes too lengthy to elucidate), but all of his ignorant, uneducated, angry, racist, backwards, swamp-dwelling, blinkered, self-righteous, immoral, craven, selfish, exceptionally cruel, bigoted, knuckle-dragging rednecks and hicks who were stupid and gullible enough to let themselves be conned into actually voting for him are continually proving on a daily basis just how unamerican and traitorous they really are through their continued support of Orange Caligula.

Most Americans would be thrilled if the Orange Demon-from-Hell would simply resign (along with Mike Pence and Paul Ryan since they’re in the line of succession — and who may not be clinically insane quite to the degree that Orange Satan is, but rest assured, they are every bit as evil, deranged, and malicious — if not even moreso — and who also don’t have any moderating influences around them like a Jared or Ivanka). But part of the mental illness of the Pu$$ygrabber In Chief is that it prevents him from ever doing anything good for the country like resigning. Therefore it is highly likely that he will pull the entire country down with him. And because Republicans/conservatives are highly immoral, evil, traitorous, selfish, hate-filled, greedy, and will always choose partisanship and party over country, there is very little chance that Der Orangefarbene Fotzegrabber will be impeached or removed via the 25th Amendment.

So I have a solution I think they would be agreeable to. With the obvious love that Orange Satan and his lemmings have for Vladimir Putin, as well as Putin’s style of autocratic, kleptocratic, oligarchic, dictatorial government (where political opponents are simply murdered, poisoned, or “disappeared” and LGBT people have no rights at all or are rounded up, tortured and disappeared as they are in Chechnya [which is a part of Russia]), then I genuinely believe that all conservative Republicans would be much happier there than here.

Therefore I propose that Orange Satan and all his conservatives/Republican legislators and supporters really ought to go live in Russia where they would obviously be much happier since they are clearly unhappy with the way the political process works here. I’m thinking the Chechen Republic would be the place where they’d be happiest. That way they can live amongst people who are rabidly homophobic too and where they could torture and “disappear” gay people and be respected for it — something which would surely warm the hearts of all conservative Republicans to the point of ebullience. I’m sure that if they would agree to give up their American citizenship and agree to never again poison the United States with their presence by ever returning to the U.S., then not only would they be happier living in a place they would enjoy more, but I imagine that everyone left in the U.S. might even be willing to vote to pay for their moving expenses as we would have such a far better country as a result.

      • Kevin

You are reaching at straws and all over the place. What we know is Nugent target a 17 year old girl just to have sex with her. Nugent also wrote a song at his love/lust for a 13 year old. Its totally find to be against what ever politician but calling the President a sub-human mongrel is exercising free speech? You are deranged.

      • mike d

It’s LEGAL to have a relationship with a 17 year old so this is a moot point. Yes calling the president a mongrel is not in good taste but does qualify as free speech so maybe you need to look up what free speech means. If obama is the POTUS then I don’t see where you have an argument but if you consider obama a dictator or king then yes you are correct and calling him a mongrel will get you in jail. Deranged? No just kind of like being free.

      • Kevin

Yeah and you were probably the first one to trash Muhammed Ali for his refusal to go to Vietnam. He stood up and fought the correct way by going to court to explain his reason. Ted Nugent ate Cheetos and pooped in his pants to avoid going. Real psycho there.

      • mike d

I wasn’t born when Muhammad Ali refused to go to Vietnam Kevin and it’s got nothing to do with anything.

      • debiannj

Kevin, I have more respect for Ali because he stood up for his convictions. Nugent just decided to go the poopy way out and go for a psychological disqualification. I even have more respect for Clinton who fled to Canada and Romney who “did missionary work in France” rather than go. Even George Bush went into the ANG instead of going. I have more respect for those who served, because many of them went and STILL didn’t believe that it was a good war, but they did what their country asked of them. Ted also has no respect from me because of his pedophilia.

    • Antisadism

      Funny you mention Bill Maher

Ted Nugent thinks that evolution is wrong, and that God created this planet with magic powers 5000 years ago (Why Nugent is a creationist)

and Bill Maher….DOESN’T believe in that nonsense, he believes in evolution and facts and the fact that the bible is filled with lies.

So Maher’s followers who believe in evolution are ignorant but Nugent’s followers who follows a guy who thinks that the world was made 5,000 years ago is intelligent.

    • Jim Bean

      Racist.

    • zeibodique

Ignorant? Explain in detail how you came up with this claim. What’s cowardly about calling out a piece of scum that people like you get all tingly inside when he opens up his less than patriotic mouth. Step up to the plate you keyboard warrior.

  • Sandy Greer

    5) is a good one, LOL

But. Having lived thru the Vietnam protests, I would like to speak to:

    6) I knew many ‘draft dodgers’: On Student Deferments (college) and/or various med ‘issues’. Knew one went to Canada, others just hid out.

Knew more guys with low draft numbers, who joined the Navy/Air Force because it was better than the Army/Marines.

^^^Unless you’ve lived with a Draft you just don’t know. Everybody, everywhere, was scrambling to save themselves, as best they could.

To say nothing of it being an ‘unjust’ war.

We ‘support our troops’ now, but we didn’t then. Soldiers were spat upon in airports when they came home; called ‘baby killers’.

^^^Unless you lived thru that time, you just don’t know.

Vietnam War was a turning point for our nation. I could make a case it’s not necessarily ‘patriotic’ to fight an ‘unjust’ war: That ‘my country, right or wrong’ has started WAY too many ‘unjust’ wars; invaded countries we have no business being in.

Bottom line, the only ones with any right to complain of ‘draft dodgers’ are those who joined, and fought, themselves.

    • DAV

Sandy, as I understand it, he was pro-war as long as he didn’t have to fight. There is a huge difference between leaving the country, or using legal means to avoid service, and defecating and urinating in your clothing for a month, among other things, to avoid service in a war you supposedly agree with, and then calling yourself a “patriot”

      • Antisadism

No Rock stars from the 70’s fought in Vietnam, but most Rockstars also keep their trap shut when talking about patriotism and loving their country. You don’t see Draft dodgers talking shit.

  • Pipercat

    11. Do you condone the use of the term, “subhuman mongrel?”

    • Sandy Greer

^^^That’s the one that counts. That’s the one shows where he is today.

The rest is just dredging up history.

      • Pipercat

Yes Sandy! The rest is disgusting, but open to diversion. He uttered this phrase; either support it, condemn it or get the hell out of the way.

      • drdem

        He´s a pervert .

      • Fumetti665

        No, your mother you troll.

      • Fumetti665

Not at all Fume, just pointing out the obvious.

    • Charles Vincent

If the shoe fits… Fumetti666 for example.

      • Pipercat

Yeah, can’t even read very well, can he?

      • Pipercat

I’ll send you some intel on wimpy here. I think he’s sports a 30 inch chest. Bwahahahahaaaaa!!!

      • Charles Vincent

and a Johnathan Lipnicky sized head?

      • Charles Vincent

Well my shoes got wet when I banged your mom and sister in the shower. Fortunately your sister has freakishly large feet and her flip flops fit me.

    • mike d

Yes but depends on the context of the conversation, Obama considers himself a mongrel and even said so on The View. I don’t believe Ted is a racist but I do believe he dislikes Obama as most Americans do at this time.

      • Pipercat

Well, we can see you got the memo.

      • mike d

Look not everyone has a scadal free past so I think it’s fair to discuss Obama’s sexual past but nobody is allowed to see Barry Soetoro’s past right? Fair?

What’s also stupid about this is that Ted isn’t a religious guy to begin with and never even mentions it actually. I guess it’s implied that if you’re a conservative then you’re automatically a religious fanatic and if you’re Liberal than you’re gay? You guys just don’t like that fact that Ted is kicking your ass right now.

      • Pipercat

He blows a dog whistle that people like you can hear. Whoopie! Nugent is a coward, blowhard, liar and if not for his wife, would be in jail. By all means, rationalize his bullshit any way you want. He boasts how he’ll debate anyone and the crickets steal the show. If this miscreant is your hero, well good for you.

      • mike d

He makes good arguments on TV(he’s funny) and wins most of them. All I’m saying is that if we are going to probe into Ted’s life from 30+ years ago at least we can be fair and probe into Barry’s or Barak’s life or whatever his real name is! We have been rationalizing the fact that there is a complete blackout on the presidents life and if one asks questions about this secret life then they are ridiculed to no end. I want to know if the president is a coward or what he has done in his past since you think Teds sexual history is pertinent.
If Ted is a liar then what the hell is the president???? He lies every time he speaks. I’m not saying that this is uncommon among human beings because we all have lied in hour lives. My point is you That I think you’re a guy that’s being biased and dishonest.

      • scot sims

Ted has admitted he’s a pedophile on film.

Everything I’ve heard about Obama have been allegations from people like you. And unlike you I don’t believe everything I read on the idiot.

You’re a good example of someone with a brain who lost its operating manual.

      • mike d

Scot you’re a tool, having sex with 17 year old is unethical but still legal in most states and not against the law period. So I seriously doubt he admitted to breaking the law on air for any (ur talking crazy)offense let alone pedophila. Too bad we can’t explore those allegations scot because nobody can get access to your kings history so I guess that’s off the table.

      • scot sims

        Federal 18.
        10 or 11 states 18
        others 16 or 17
Depends on the state doesn’t it?
Still, there’s something creepy if an old man goes after a 16 or 17 year old. Still Pervy.

You aver that Nugent has never said anything crazy on air?

        You’re not a tool, you’re a fool.

      • mike d

Do you want to compare how the thug obama has broken laws vs nugent?? Does Ted spy on you? Did Ted sign NDAA into law? Is ted responsible for getting 4 Americans killed? Does Ted get people audited by the IRS for their beliefs? Has ted killed thousands of innocents with drone strikes ?Scot this isn’t North Korea and obama isn’t your dear leader so take off the brown shirt.

      • scot sims

Has Obama had sex with 12 & 13 year olds?

Benghazi has been debunked eight ways from Sunday. Most recently by a Republican committee. Issa can’t dig up anything even though he’s run continual “investigations”.

Di Obama have intelligence that Bin Laden was planning an attack on America and do nothing about it? Then started a war with a country that wasn’t responsible for it? Civilians deaths in those wars is said to be over 1.5 million.

Didn’t both sides 501Cs get audited by the IRS? The only conviction was of a Progressive group. The Regressive groups have gotten off free, even though many are guilty.

The feces you’re trying to throw at me are all over you.

      • debiannj

You are aware of the song Jail Bait, right?

      • Pipercat

The problem with false equivalencies, is well, their fallacious and in your case, used in an attempt to pivot. If you follow the thread all the way to the top to my original comment, you will see I could not care fucking less about how Stench used his dick or whether he shit himself or not. I do care about the vile effluent that flows under Teddy’s nose; the effluent that uses terms created by operatives in Goebbels propaganda machine. Oh, and fucking Ted is a real knee slapper…

      • mike d

No it’s not a false equivalency it’s just that if a person is going to voice outrage against a certain personality that they dislike then they should also hold the(Obama) people they love to the same standards. We call this hypocrisy in the USA and I’m not saying Libs like yourself have exclusive rights to this label mind you but the whole idea of finding out who Ted banged 30+ years ago has absolutely nothing to do with using the word mongrel in the present time.
Basically if you have to go 30+ years into a guys sexual past to make an irrelevant point then you’ve lost the argument already. Agree or disagree this was a stupid list of unsupported accusations that have no bearing on Teds irresponsible comments.

      • Pipercat

That is the most amazing pile of bullshit I’ve seen in a long time. Whether I dislike Stench or not is irrelevant. His choice of words are his responsibility. If he spews garbage like he did, then too bad for his sorry ass if people throw it back in his fucking face. Not only is your last comment fallacious, it’s pathetic… and I repeat, I don’t give a flying fuck through a bouncing hula hoop about his dick and the places he put it. Why the fuck are you reiterating that shit? Oh, you have no argument regarding his use of the phrase, “subhuman mongrel.” See, your fucking hero is backing you dolts into a corner with that one….

      • mike d

What I think is strange is why you are so Offended by it? All this balled up emotion I mean you fo know that Obama is married right? There is a thing called free speech that I know you (damn constitution!) probably aren’t in favor of. You need to get some XLAX and fix that chronic constipation. Did you get The memo? Everyone is making fun of the incompetent moron in the White House right now and he isn’t a religion but just an unqualified fool who reads a TelePrompTer. The scary devotion of you loony obamabots is right out of North Korea .

      • Pipercat

If anybody is fiber deficient it’s you. I’m not offended, I’m disgusted; because I have respect for the office and yes, the man who occupies it. You miscreants on the right spew the most hateful shit; then when you get called out, you whine like pre-schoolers forced into a time out. Stop lecturing me about the Constitution, it’s just a poor excuse for justifying shitty behavior. Teleprompter, North Korea, Obamabots.. are you reading from notecards? Turn off Fox, open your mind and maybe in a decade or so, you’ll get a fucking clue…

      • mike d

We’ve been disrespecting presidents for over 230 years so get over it. Very few people respect obama right now (besides you)and it’s entirely his fault so sorry that most of the country doesn’t in share your love affair with the president. You’re just a guy who doesn’t expect much from a president but gives undying devotion in return,(get a life)we call the nieve and gullible where I come from.

Telling someone to stop watching Fox News is a talking point in itself and is not only dismissive but proves your losing an argument.

      • Pipercat

Again Mikey, this is about Teddy and his choice of words. There are also lines that you don’t cross. His words crossed those lines. You’re too myopic, full of hate and shit to see that. You keep trying to put words into my mouth with this, love affair shit trying to pivot and make this about Obama in such, oh so, pathetic ways. Sorry, that’s a loser’s tactic, but if the foo shits… As for knowing about “who is losing an argument,” you lost the minute you took my bait.

      • mike d

No I’m not myopic or full of hate but just kind of like the fact that people have the right to say what they want even it upsets hypersensitive people like yourself. Yes I think your immature sweetheart and I’m sorry that a persons statement hurt your butt and gave you a boo boo. Your childish reactions are predictable and par for the course. Maybe I should take you out for ice cream and get you a big box of tissues or buy you some lithium. So the Fox News talking point didn’t work so it’s time for plan B and call me a hate monger or racist? You’re all to predictable and need some fresh material. I got it! Maybe you can use homophobic? Or call me a white supremacist?

      • Pipercat

Every lame play in the moronic right wing playbook. Tell me, is it in print, online or on disc? Good news for you pal, you’re mostly full of shit as opposed to hate. Oh, and if they ever do a reboot of Laverne and Shirley, you’re a shoe in for Squiggy! Oh and another thing, and it’s you’re not your…

      • mike d

The main difference between me and freedom hating Liberal Maxists is that I support the 1st Amendment even if I don’t agree with the message or the messenger while you only support it if you agree with the statements made toe your line.

      • Pipercat

You know Squig, that’s really, really stupid.

      • debiannj

Mike what’s been done and said about Obama goes well above and beyond disrespect – especially what’s come out of Ted’s mouth. Had that been Bush 2 that he talked about like that, he would have already had several visits by the secret service, and I’m at a loss to understand why he hasn’t had more visits from them.

      • mike d

Bush2 and obama work for the same crowd so what? Visit from the secret service for calling him a mongrel? Have you herd about the 1st amendment by chance? You would make a great officer in the newly formed Gestapo wouldn’t you. Are there any other Constitutional rights you can think of that are just not acceptable in the times we are living in?

      • debiannj

Honey, you haven’t been paying much attention. He wouldn’t get a secret service visit for calling him a subhuman mongrel (even though that is what the Nazis called the Jews, and what slave owners called their slaves) but because he repeatedly threatened the President. A person’s first amendment rights ends when they become credible threats towards a person he’s talking trash about. Ted has already has one visit from the Secret Service relating to comments he made around the election. You need to pay closer attention to what your “heroes” say.

      • mike d

I do not approve of what Ted said ( he did apologize ) but I support his right to say it or anything else. I’m a “true” supporter of the 1st ammendment and you apparently aren’t unless you agree with the speech.

      • Pipercat

Actually he didn’t apologize. Clifton did a nice piece on that, you should check it out. Please stop this dreadful attempt to box me into some false dilemma. Stench can say what he wants, but as a quasi-public figure, he also owns the words he blathers. I am exercising my 1st amendment rights by condemning his totally fucked up choice of words. Free speech is a two way street.

      • mike d

How stupid are you?? It’s not against the law to bang a 17 year old in practically every state in the USA. He’s not my hero but the first Amendment is.

      • Pipercat

I think you have Alzheimer’s, I told you quite eloquently, twice no less, that I care not where Stench puts, or put, his elbow noodle. Damn Squig, the ol’e synapses are misfiring big time!

      • debiannj

Mike, Ted isn’t kicking anyone’s ass right now. We just aren’t allowed to give him what he deserves. Personally, as someone who was in the Army during Vietnam, I’m 1000% offended by his very existence and I cannot understand why ANY military person would extend ANY courtesy to him at all, and that’s just based on how he got out of going to Nam. Now he’s going on about how he’s going on raids with the DEA, and ATF (frankly, I’m sure the ATF has considered doing some raids on HIM). They deny he’s ever been on any raids with them. He is saying he’s a cop – he’s never been an active cop; he’s basically in the same boat as Elvis who became an honorary FBI agent when he visited the White House. Nugent is a joke, and the majority of people are not only sick of him opening his mouth, but of seeing his ugly mug on the TV and internet. If I ever HAD any of his records/cds, I’d shred them and send them back and demand a refund.

      • mike d

I don’t really know if what you’re telling me is true or even relevant. He never said he was a sheriff but he was a constable so that’s what he was referring to. Which celebrity during that time did a combat tour in Vietnam? Are you prepared to go on record denouncing Muhammad Ali for refusing to go to (I think not)Vietnam? I think your Vietnam statement is very selective and depends mostly on what political views the draft dodger in question subscribes to. I’m sure you’re upset with bill Clinton for not signing up right?

What’s more disgusting a guy who’s rude on TV or a leader who threatens and spies on journalists? What about a tyrant who sicks the IRS on people who disagree with him? Maybe it’s a leader who has documentary makers arrested on trumped up charges just because the documentary criticized him? Just who is a thug again? Take off the brown shirt for a moment and acknowledge that you’re in love with a tyrant.

      • debiannj

You’re sitting here running your mouth about a “hero” claiming to know everything, and you haven’t even checked up on this idiot you’re supporting? Aren’t you a real piece of something. (and not it a good way). He CLAIMS that he’s a sheriff – in reality, he’s a reserve deputy whose only duties is to fund raise and go on ride alongs – as long as he stays back when they make an arrest and he can’t go in anyone’s house. He CLAIMS that he goes on raids with the DEA and ATF, but they said that he’s never been with any of their units.
As far as Muhammad Ali, if he was drafted or told to report for draft, and he didn’t go, he’s a coward as much as Nugent. If the fact that Ted Nugent faked a psychologically unfit to serve status because he was afraid to go to Nam, and too chicken to run to Canada doesn’t bother you, then maybe YOU should have your head examined. It doesn’t matter whether someone’s a celebrity or not – if you were called, and you didn’t go, you’re a coward. But what makes Ted so despicable is that he’s having photo ops with REAL soldiers who, had they been called for Nam, would have gone then too. He’s pretending to be patriotic and pro-military, when all he wants to do is shoot guns and his mouth.
Ted isn’t just rude – he’s dangerous. I have news for you about that IRS “scandal”, the people who they say were “targeted” were people who got information from TP people who gave them wrong information. There were non-TP people who were caught in that too. The main thing you have to have for a 501(C)4 is charitable acts, and saving the US from Obama isn’t a charitable act. A 501(C)4 is a non-profit like a civic association or a HOA, Boy Scouts is a 501(C)4. You cannot be political in nature – that’s the rules of the 501(C)4. You must have a charitable part to your group -which is one thing all those ones that got flagged did NOT have. It wasn’t only TP groups that were flagged. There were liberal groups as well, and many non-political groups that did not qualify for 501(C)4 status as well. I’m not a Nazi, Mike, but I really am beginning to think that you’re a psychopath.

      • mike d

I really don’t think you will see Ted back on CNN ever again after he just obliterates their talking heads like it’s his job. I’m not boasting that Ted is a genius either but it does show how inept the empty suits at CNN really are. How predictable for CNN to find the only definition for the word “Mongrel” on a Aryan nation website? Hello Webster’s dictionary anyone? Ted put that CNN employees head on a pole after that interview. it was funny lol

      • Pipercat

The phrase “subhuman mongrel” is at issue.

      • debiannj

        Like Ted’s a purebred? lol

  • drdem

I find the the photo in the article Quite Disturbing !! Ted is OBVIOSLY LEERING at
that YOUNG GIRL and touching himself or trying to resist the urge to touch himself
in public . They let someone with this much lack of control near a GUN ???

  • BobLoblaw

This is going to be such a problem in Texas. Texans (most) vote straight ticket – Republican. No matter how much proof & evidence you give them, they won’t listen. One of the problems is the label “abortion Barbie” has been given to Wendy Davis. People do not even bother to do their own research, they blindly believe whatever anybody tells them lies…. Usually it is through their church. As an ex-Texan, with lots of family and friends still there, I cringe just thinking about what is about to happen.

    • Sandy Greer

In theory, I agree: One should not vote straight party ticket (R or D) However, and this is just me:

Looking at the mean-spirited (Food Stamps, Unemployment, Healthcare, etc) and the hateful, racist, Obstructionist policies displayed in particular during this Obama presidency:

It’s too important to send the GOP packing for me to vote anything other than Democrat in 2014, and probably, in 2016. Straight party ticket, right down the line, state, and national.

Vote ’em the Hell outta Dodge!

    • Aloanstar

I can assure you that not all Texans feel that way. The main problem is the gerrymandering of the districts now. I think this last year has been an eye opener for many sleeping voters. If we are going to have a chance to change things, this has to be it. This election is too important to just let it slide without action and I honestly feel that change in the air. Women and minorities feel the sting left by the policies being pushed on them and know they can not be complacent. Wendy is the best candidate we have had in a very long time…it is now or never to many.

      • joeboken

        I certainly hope so.

  • fairmont66

Let’s be clear conservatives support for Nugent is because like Nugent they are a bunch racist cretins who hate that a black man is our President

    • fairmont66

hey loser, you do realize that this is a liberal site. Which means you are troll my dimwitted friend. Only trolls go to comment on sites where vast majority of people have views that polar opposite of theirs. Please learn about things like that before embarrass yourself any further with inane responses!

      • fairmont66

I thought I was talking to a adult. I was mistaken since you sound like you hadn’t finished junior high. Now to your point about Nugent. He is a racist coward who crapped in his pants to avoid military service and he is also self-described pedophile with a thing for young girls! Since you idolized this loser that must mean you are bigger loser than him(hard for me to believe but it’s true) PLEASE GROW THE HELL UP.

      • joeboken

I don’t know where you get the information about those musicians, but at least they don’t speak for my party.

      • Antisadism

“I am here to triumph over evil” LOL, yeah that’s the problem with Conservatives, they think everything is a matter of good and evil. They think invading Iraq was as simple as taking out the bad guys and putting in the good guys, but that kind of “We’re da good guys” thinking cost thousands of lives.

      • equals12

So what is your truth about Teddy? That he didn’t prey on underage kids?

    • Fumetti665

I believe you’re confusing liberals with conservaturds Fume. We all know that rightwing whack jobs like yourself use fake profiles, names, facts, Snap cards and frequent gay bath houses on a regular basis.

      • fairmont66

spoken by a man who idolizes a a coward and pedophile. You are the only trash here. trailer park loser who probably high on crystal meth or drunk on Jack Daniels whiskey who probably has a picture of Nugent on his wall and probably masturbates while looking at it! You are truly pathetic and please stop coming to a battle of wits UNARMED! you are probably one of the dumbest wingnuts I’ve ever come across! LOL! ps STOP FIGHTING NUGENT’S BATTLES HE IS INTO LITTLE GIRLS NOT LITTLE BOYS LIKE YOU!

      • joeboken

Is that your real picture? LOL

      • Antisadism

LOL, have you ever been to Yahoo News or any conservative online news site? Conservatives hide behind fake avatars and profiles and talk shit all the time, you fucking idiot. And Conservatives DENY evolution at a higher rate than Liberals, Evolution is a basic FACT and Conservatives can’t accept it.

      • debiannj

They pay them. I’ve seen the Craig’s list ads for them.

    • joeboken

Talk about fake profiles, I noticed you have two of them on this one thread, you end your name with the triple 6 in some, and other posts you end it in 665, which is it? Do you have an identity problem as well as a small mind?

    • Antisadism

What a fucking idiot. You can’t LIVE off foodstamps you moron, and Bush was the one who cut the requirements to foodstamps, and people on welfare are people who lost their job and need a social safety net, Most people on welfare are actively looking for a job, but Conservatives demonize ANYONE on welfare as lazy, lazy that they lost their jobs in the financial crisis that Conservatives created, and Obamaphones are a myth. So this whole living off social services thing is a LIE.

      • mike d

Obama’s polices have put almost 46 million people on food stamps fella. Look friend I’m going to let you in on something, this Obama thing just isn’t working out and things are worse. The polls prove this and even Half the Dems are jumping ship. Dem senators who are up for re-election are avoiding him like the plague so wake up.

      • joeboken

You’re full of it, there were more people drawing food stamps under Bush, look it up. You wish Obama wasn’t working out, and it makes you feel better to say it, but that doesn’t make it true, he’s actually done a lot for this country, getting us out of the mess your guy left. The least you could do is have some manners and thank him for fixing your country. No Dems are jumping ship, that’s another thing you wish were true, see, when you listen to morons on Fake News you sound like one when you repeat it.

      • mike d

        Joe idiot,

I understand you’re a low information voter who probably has been on government assistance for a long time but this info is easily researchable.

      • joeboken

Before you call someone an idiot, make sure it’s you that’s not the idiot. Here you go Einstein, directly from “Fact Check”. Read it and weep:

“But Gingrich goes too far to say Obama has put more on the rolls than other presidents. We asked the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition service for month-by-month figures going back to January 2001. And they show that under President George W. Bush the number of recipients rose by nearly 14.7 million. Nothing before comes close to that.
And under Obama, the increase so far has been 14.2 million. To be exact, the program has so far grown by 444,574 fewer recipients during Obama’s time in office than during Bush’s.”

This proves everything you base your information on is built on lies, you are the misinformed one here. Here’s a little advice if you don’t want to keep looking like a fool, start watching other news besides Fake News, you may start getting facts instead of entertainment.

      • mike d

Things are going great Joe your right! Things have never been better that’s why hundreds of department stores will close around the country this year because Sears,JC penny, Best Buy, Macy’s and others feel guilty for doing so well that they are closing their stores! What was I thinking joe? Things are booming!

      • john doe

        Juvenile Insult,

Talking points, ad hominem attack, right wing tropes, refusal to cite sources. Done.

      • mike d

You still haven’t made an intelligent rebuttal in months.. Just childish Marxist nonsense with no substance…

      • debiannj

Joe, Mike D is one of those cretins Fairmont66 was talking about. He CLAIMS that he’s for freedom of speech even if he disagrees with it, but he ACTUALLY means that he agrees as long as it’s no one on here or the POTUS’ speech. I’m thinking that he knows nothing about food stamps or politics other than what he’s read on the conservative websites he goes to, and the only reason he came here is because someone – probably that 666 guy that got deleted – posted a link in a conservative forum saying “Their are librals their that need they’re butts kicked”. (grammar intended)

      • mike d

Dedirtbag your arguments are weak and full of vitriol about spitting on people so who’s the real Cretan? Your full of rhetoric and act like a typical union thug especially when you have no clue what you’re talking about.

      • debiannj

Mike, I have given you nothing but facts. Yet, you continue to call me names, and call people who are giving you 100% truthful information names. It’s obvious that you have no idea of what you’re speaking. I’m sure you’re going to say now that you’ve won, but as far as I’m concerned, this conversation is over. You refuse to entertain intelligent thought, and I refuse to engage in a battle of wits with anyone who is as unarmed as you are.

      • mike d

Names?? Facts? what facts? LOL I missed that conversation when you documented your facts and I called you names but I do remember you wanting to spit on me though. Maybe you need to talk to someone in the behavioral sciences? Everyone needs a helping hand sometimes………………………

      • mike d

Food stamp enrollment for GW bush in 8 years was 14,475,671 whereas for obama it hit 15,119,064 as of August of 2013. He has a full 3 years to go joe and he will set a new record of probably 26-27 million.

Giving people free food and money helps the economy?? You have brain damage joe.

      • Kevin

No what isn’t working is Republicans policies. They haven’t worked for the last 30 years. Trickle down is a joke, Reagan was a bigger joke and now you guys are on the verge of extinction. What voting block are you attracting these days? The old white guys are dying off along with your policies.

      • mike d

The largest expansion of economic growth happened under Reagan where you had an explosion in small business due to lowering the taxes and regulations on business. What is trickle down? Nobody is entitled to take other peoples money just because they are more productive. Where the hell do you think the jobs come from? The poor?

Do me a favor Kevin, get a business degree and then open a business yourself to see how easy it is. The government steals you out of business.

      • john doe

Mike D does know how mind-numbingly boring he is, right? I mean…he has to know why he is still so lonely after all these years, doesn’t he? Or does he think women pretend he’s invisible because….Obama?

    • mike d

No way he just is a terrible president that happens to be black.

      • fairmont66

no my foolish wingnut friend, the terrible President is the one who had the:1. Ignored those puzzling warnings, Bin Laden plans to strike. 2. Allow Bin Laden to escape even after saying he wants him dead or alive. 3. Invaded the wrong country that costs billions of dollars and alot of American and Iraqi lives. 4. Started a expensive drug program and didn’t pay for it. 5. Also have Millionaire tax cuts that help wreck the economy. 6. allow an American city almost drown. You allow to have your own opinions BUT NOT your facts!

      • mike d

Look I think they both suck but at least I’m honest where you’re just plain full of crap. If you think this is a good president then you’re to crazy to communicate to. Bin Laden has been dead for a decade lol Priminster Bhutto (Pakistan)proclaimed this on video in 2007 and was murdered less than 1 month later. Upload it on YOUTUBE if you like.

      • joeboken

Ok, that proves it, anyone who would believe that report is not worth debating. Are you serious? Are you really serious? LOL, take care mike, and don’t forget to take your meds.

      • mike d

What report? It’s right out of the mouth of the prime minster of Pakistan idiot! She was killed a week after she made the statement and no I don’t believe the compulsive liar Barry Soetorro fantasy of killing bin laden and oops not having the body. Then August of that same year (3 months after)22 navy seals from team 6 die in a convenient helicopter crash?? You’re another brainwashed idiot.

      • mike d

I have to call you out on “tax breaks for millionaires” because this is a really stupid thing the left puts out there. How does ones fortune cause others misfortune??? Tax breaks to millionaires has zero impact on me or my life because I work for a living fella.

Do you know what our budget amount is compared to our tax revenue?? probably not. Look, tax revenue in the USA is approximately 1.7 trillion per year but our budget is a stratospheric 3.8 trillion dollars!! So you can tax 2 America’s a mexico and a Canada and still not cover that insane budget. This means 3.8 trillion is too much and the government needs to stop spending all this cash so lets not blame the productive folks for this.

      • john doe

        Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    • mike d

race baiting already? This is a typical talking point that really means that Obama is a terrible president and you really have no way to defend him anymore so you pull the old and reliable race card A La MSNBC.

      • john doe

Stating facts is not “race baiting”

    • joeboken

      Bingo!

  • No more Nugent, no more Abbot

Let’s find an appropriate label for Abbott/Nugent.
Baby Barbie pervert. Pooping teddie lover.
    Abbott and the Abuser.
    Nugent’s nubile victims.

Someone must be better at this. Help.

    • 13bigdaddy13

      How about coward?

      • 13bigdaddy13

I guess that would explain my tour in Vietnam.

  • Dave Calnan

I’m tired of people not giving Ted Nugent the respect he’s earned. So, I ask all of you to give that respect to Crap Pants Nugent, Child molester, BB balled, Pussy racist and all around moron………..

    • LateNightLarry

The reason he prefers young, inexperienced, girls is because older women, with some sexual experience, couldn’t stop laughing when they saw his micro penis and balls… They can probably see them without a microscope, but just barely. That’s why he needs all those penis substitutes around him.

      • joeboken

So you are ok with a pedophile because other people have done it? And by the way, is that why you advertise the triple 6 in your name?

    • modera8

At least we know how to write properly. It’s typically worded as “show me the proof”, genius.

      • modera8

Perhaps I was using a different style. Still doesn’t address your mistake. You have no good response, so you try to lessen my credibility by pointing out things that you think are wrong. Turns out that you’re just ignorant. No surprises there.

6 Republican Congressman voted against the Iraq War

26….Excuse me, 126 Democrat Congressman voted against the Iraq war

Liberals sure are cowards, why can’t they send people off to die in a war? Why? Pussies. Also, this article forgot to mention that Ted Nugent is a creationist (AKA Man who believes in things that aren’t true)

    • Antisadism

Joe Biden is not a hero, he has been Vice President for 5 years and he has 500,000 likes on Facebook compared to Sarah Palin’s 3 million likes, so the Democrats can spot a stinker

Did Obama EVER send their kids off to war? When was the last time Obama made up evidence to justify killing thousands of people? ZERO

Conservatives are cowardly scumbags, sending people to die in the Iraq war, (INCLUDING Biden’s son) And then acting all superior about it

May I remind you that 6 Republican Congressman voted against the Iraq war while 126 Democrat Congressman voted against the Iraq war. Conservatives are cowardly scumbags who get thousands of innocent people killed

    • Julie Echo Tyler

The “proof” is contained in his own words in his 1977 High Times interview, during which he described in great, and disgusting, detail how he dodged the draft.

What more proof do you need than his OWN WORDS?

    • Gary Smith

In his own words, in a late 70s interview with High Times Magazine. Look it up.

Without knowing who I am or anything about me, you accuse me of being a birther and a racist. Why’d you stop there? Why didn’t you just go ahead and accuse me of cross-burning, baby-killing and puppy kicking?

The fact of the matter is that I never opposed the President’s candidacy or election on the basis of his place of birth. I never had any doubt that President Obama is a natural born citizen.

The fact of the matter is that I have never referred to the President’s family (or anyone else’s) as a “family of APES.”

The fact of the matter is that I did not support Republican attempts to shut down the government.

But you don’t care about that, right? In your little world-view, anyone who espouses any conservative opinion must be a rabid-right wing racist who froths at the mouth at the slightest progressive/liberal idea. It must be comforting to live in your world of absolutes, where there is no possibility of people being in the middle on issue (i.e. conservative on some issues and liberal on others). No, in your world view, anyone who doesn’t tow your party line must be in league with Ted Nugent and any other villain, real or imaged, that you can come up with.

You feel free to lobby accusations at me based on absolutely no evidence whatsoever. I will not take that road. All I will say is that I pity you that you can’t see that there are many gradations of grey between black and white.

        Wow. Just wow.

I haven’t YET accused you of ANYTHING.

But that little “My-family-never-owned-any-slaves”…victimization DRAMA SCENE you just put on kinda PROVES my point.

      • Of course you did. You accused me of supporting the birther movement and racist policies.

And, apparently, according to you, the fact that I deny having done any of those things is the biggest proof that I have done them.

What a world you live in.

      • MrBritesnide

        Zev Steinhardt–

So AS I’VE SAID… what you’re admitting is that while you won’t eat the FLIES….

you WILL eat the shit they’re on.

What a would YOU live in.

      • And, I should point out, you’re spewing all this invective at me solely because I pointed out that not all conservatives support Ted Nugent.

Why is it so important for you to believe this point that you’ll willing to accuse me of horrible things? Why is this belief so important to you?

(And, just to clarify, I’m not asking you why it’s important to oppose Nugent. I’m asking you why it’s so important in your worldview to believe that every single conservative supports him.)

      • MrBritesnide

        Zev Steinhardt–
And, I should point out, you’re spewing all this invective at me solely because I pointed out that not all conservatives support Ted Nugent.
        _____________________

But Ted Nugent APPARENTLY supports all conservatives.

THAT’S not a “belief” THAT is a FACT.

        And THAT’S OK with you.

So what you’re admitting is that while you won’t eat the FLIES….

you WILL CLEARLY eat the shit they’re on.

      • “But Ted Nugent APPARENTLY supports all conservatives.”

So what? And if George W. Bush supports your favorite charity, does that make that charity bad?

I don’t support Ted Nugent. The fact that Ted Nugent supports conservatives does not mean that all conservatives support him. Learn some basic logic.

    • Ty Ellison

Zev, where are the Conservatives that openly repudiate, and distance themselves from Nugent and his ilk? Reince Priebus demanded that MSNBC apologize over an anonymous staffer’s tweet, but ELECTED REPUBLICAN OFFICIALS are legitimizing Ted Nugent’s vitriol. The silence from other Republicans implies consent, and is deafening.

      • You’re talking to one right now. (Granted, I’m not a hard-core right winger, but I do take conservative positions on a number of issues).

Look, my objection is to the use of the word “every” in the title. If he had said “questions that conservatives who support Ted Nugent must answer” I would have no beef here whatsoever. But I object to being told that I support the things mentioned in the article when I don’t. The author doesn’t know me, nor does he know “every conservative” that he can make such a statement.

  • Ram Garcia

Wonder what’s going through Ted Nugent’s mind as he is looking at the innocent little girl…Oh well, as our current governor, Rick Perry said “It’s just Ted being Ted”….

    • Fumetti665

      • Peter Gerstenzang

Considering I wrote a rather eloquent diss of that Nazi pig for Esquire last week, I think you should redo your math. And if you support him you’re a racist, an anti-semite and probably a closet case. Plus, bracketing him with The Beatles is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard in my life. You’ll never top it. Don’t even try.

Agree few base their votes on what celebs say/do. Either party.

But it speaks volumes your candidate Greg Abbott associates himself with a man calls our president a “subhuman mongrel”:

      1) Either he’s OK with racism himself, OR
      2) He thinks his constituency is racist, OR
      3) He counts on the Ignorance of his constituency not to know Racism when they stare it right in the face

  • Charles Vincent

    1) Are you not bothered at all that a 33-year-old man wrote a song called Jailbait which professed his sexual desires for a 13-year-old girl?
    5) If Ted Nugent had admitted to having sex with young boys, not girls, would you still support him?

    4) What’s worse?
Two consenting adults having sex, regardless of gender – or –
A sexual predator preying on young girls

Well you’re being selective here and you might want to include other rock stars that do this and or have sex with underage girls and or boys.

    2) If a liberal was caught using a commonly used Nazi slur against a Republican president, would you be okay with that?

Liberals do this all the time what do you mean if they did it. You make a regular habit of slurring people in your articles.

    9) By your support of Ted Nugent, a self-admitted sexual predator, are you saying it’s okay to be a sexual predator as long as you advocate for the Second Amendment and hate President Obama?

This is a false dichotomy. It precludes the fact that we can like one stance and abhor another that a particular individual espouses.

    • Fumetti665

You sound like a guy that gets a lot of ass, if you know what I mean.

    • Charles Vincent

oooh ouch that hurts… You apparently didn’t get my rather obvious point but what else should I expect from a mouthbreater like you. Answer me this did you read the article? And If so did you fail to recognize the Author of said article lamenting about Ted Nugent being a sexual predator because he wrote a song about having sexual desires for a 13 year old? If you didn’t this was the crux of my point mouthbreather.

      • Charles Vincent

wow you are like the king of mouthbreathers, put your helmet back on and fasten that chin strap.
Please reread my comments or have someone explain them to you because your reading comprehension blows harder than your mom.

  • rossbro

Nugent is a walking TURD. Why do all the Repubs insist upon rubbing against him? I’d rather get attention without smelling like shit.

  • Eric Thompson

I was eager to read this because…. Well, because I am a Democrat, and I
am not above a few well deserved barbs at our hypocritical opposition. I
also believe Democrats to be slightly more intelligent, much more
compassionate, and don’t even get me started on how much better looking
we are than our adversaries. But Allen Clifton, the author of the
article, does us no favors by writing as a member of our Party. My hopes were dashed in the very first paragraph.

“Every month I write a (usually) fun article titled 10 Questions Every Liberal
Should Ask Every Republican. Basically it’s just a monthly feature
where I present ten questions I think liberals should present to
    Republicans and have them answer.”

I’m glad he explained that to me. I thought I was about to read a legal analysis of the Magna Carta.
To compound my disappointment, 8 of his 10 “questions” were the same
question with different wording. All of which seemed to be asking if we
did not already know that rock stars have had sex with 17 year old
    girls.
I do not agree with Mr. Nugent’s political views. I like Ted Nugent’s
music. I have paid money to see his concerts. But Ted only reinforces my
belief that Republicans are intellectually disadvantaged. I am glad he
is a rock star as opposed to him being my state’s Senator. He is a
moron, doing a job perfectly suited for morons.
Perhaps Mr. Clifton should learn to play the guitar.

    • Sandy Greer

      >8 of his 10 “questions” were the same question with different wording.

^^^Agree. Tiresome. To say the least.

      > All of which seemed to be asking if we did not already know that rock stars have had sex with 17 year old girls.

^^^To say nothing of the fact many of us (probably some commenting here today) ‘gave it up’ while we were still in High School ourselves. And those females of us would be loathe to call our former boyfriends perverts and/or predators. Loathe to have them charged with sex crimes, as they could be today. And yes, some of those ‘first times’ were with older guys.

For me, the only one worth mentioning is his calling the president a “subhuman mongrel”. Racism is where Allen Clifton should focus his efforts, and not a rehash of 30-40 years worth of sins.

  • boblgumm

How can you expect baggers to be capable of self-scrutiny about anything? After all, these are the same people who reelected that republican “family-values” governor in, I believe, South Carolina who had a mistress.

    • Antisadism

Lmao, I think this article really pissed this idiot off. Let’s see in the past 6 Presidential elections, Democrats have won the popular vote 5 times and soon to be 6 in 2016. I guess that would piss ANY bible loving jesus nut republican out there. Also

38% of Voters in 2012 were Democrats, only 25% were liberals. This moron can’t stop saying the world liberal, but he doesn’t use the word “Democrat” even though it’s more encompassing, I don’t call Republicans “Conservatives” because it’s a waste of time and because Republican is the more accepted term, I don’t know why this idiot just doesn’t say “Democrat” There are MORE democrats than there are liberals, you might as well say “Progressive” Why go for the middle one?

  • mike d

Ok I’m not going to defend ted but let’s break this down
    1. I like a lot of songs but what an artist puts in a song is their interpretation so I’m guessing that the songs intent is presumed.
    2. Liberals use slurs all the time ever watch msnbc? What exactly is a nazi slur?
    3. The girl was 17 and in most states that’s beyond the age of consent. Liberal think it’s ok to give 17 year olds birth control or abortion without parents consent right? So I’m confused here.
4.urinating and defacating on himself so he wouldn’t go to Vietnam? Liberals urinated and defacated on vets coming back from Vietnam . Also how true is that account?
    5. There are many Christian liberals that have illegitimate kids. Jessie Jackson comes to mind so are you going to oust him soon?
    6. What is the definition of sexual predator? A 30 year old who dates a 17 year old in a state where 16 is the legal age of consent? Hey, I’m not saying its ethical but obviously not against the law right?
    7. I’m not really sure if all the accusations are actually legit in this article but what I do know is the person who wrote this article seems to know a lot

    • Gary Smith

I’ll take a whack at a few of those:

      1. You’re right about that one; the message of a song isn’t necessarily a reflection of the artist’s true attitude/feelings/actions. For instance, Bob Marley/Eric Clapton never actually shot a sheriff, and I don’t think that Ozzy was urging suicide in his song “Suicide Solution.” That said, given the other things that have come to light about Nugent and his past (is it actually past?) penchant for underaged girls, “Jailbait” is a little troubling. I’m willing to give Ted a pass on that, though, due to artistic expression.

      2. A) You asked the question, so I’ll ask it of you: Do *you* ever watch MSNBC? Or are you just talking out of your ass? My money is on the latter.

      B) I don’t watch any longer, because I rarely watch any TV at all except for 2 comedy shows and a drama, but I used to watch MSNBC all the time. The worst I ever heard on MSNBC were the equivalents of “idiot” or “jerk” on the opinion-based shows.

But here’s the thing about this: A personal insult is one thing, a racially-based invocation of loathsome Nazi rhetoric widely used to justify the genocide of millions is something else altogether, something a couple of orders of magnitude worse.

Stop trying to defend it; it is beyond defense, beyond justification, beyond apology. Just f*cking stop it.

      3. This is another two-parter: A) What part of “became the girl’s legal guardian so that he could have sex with her” is difficult to understand? There’s a level of devious creepiness there that’s profoundly … wrong.

      B) The “age of consent” is when one can be said to legally be able to have sex. That, however, does not allow a 30 year old to screw a 17 year old. Ted himself said that he got the girl’s parents’ permission to become her legal guardian (which itself speaks volumes about them, but that’s another subject). Why would he become her legal guardian? So that her parents would have no legal recourse to come after him for boning their underaged daughter. Duh.

      4. Lies. Prove it or you’re a liar. Here’s a tip: you can’t.

      5. “But he did it too” is the most childish defense anyone ever mounted.

      • mike d

Good on # 1 yes I don’t believe that Clapton shot the sheriff.
I watch MSNBC only for comical value and yes I think that many of the people on that channel are insane to the point that it’s hilarious. Jon Stewart makes parodies of many journalists on MSNBC for a reason so #2 is answered. I’m not seeing the nazi part in this but you guys always jump to racist when your losing an argument so it looks like I’m winning.

Even though I think it’s in bad taste I think the whole guardian think is strange but 50 years ago women got married to older men all the time. My own aunt got married at 17 years old in the 1950’s and I don’t consider my uncle a molester at all. 17 year old women are pretty responsible these days with many having children so I’m not having the assumption that 17 year olds are now somehow 12 and innocent. Most aren’t

You need to look up ” age of consent” and get the definition Gary because having consensual sex with a girl past that age is NOT against the law. That just a fact sorry.

      • mike d

That was weak Gary, just like the article but don’t you think we should be able to uncover BARAK OBAMAS Past like we can Ted Nugent?………… Especially his sexual past?? I’m just saying I know you Liberals are fair right? I think we should be researching the Mans Country Bath House in Chicago, Male prostitute Larry Sinclair past with Barack Obama, Reggie loves sexual orientation and why he goes on vacation alone with POTUS, and why 2 openly homosexual men from Barack’s old church(trinity) were shot in the back of the head execution style before the election in 2008. What do you think there Gary???

  • mike d

Cont. about Teds life but Ted isn’t the POTUS. I think we should be able to research Barrack Obamas life with the same intensity but unfortunately none of barracks(Barry’s) History is for public consumption. Yes his school records from K-12 , his college records at occidental,Columbia , Harvard and including his employment records all locked! Hawaii has even lost his original birth certificate oops. I think what’s fair is fair and looking into obamas past is just as important as looking into teds don’t you?

  • mike d

17 is the legal age of consent in practically every state in the USA and seeing that liberals think it’s ok to get 17 year olds birth control and abortion without parental consent, why are you stuck on this?

    • Karen Teegarden

It wasn’t the legal age when he adopted her. And you didn’t bother answering any of the other questions. 13 years old okay with you?

      • mike d

She was 17 Karen and it is legal in most states so quit being so glib. Look I’m not defending the behavior but if we had to go back into your own history I’m sure we would find a 17 year old or two that got married or bore children.

He became her guardian because she went on tour with him and it’s not lawful for a 17 year old to do so without a guardian because most states have curfew laws. What other questions do you want answered? Most of them were redundant questions.

  • Antisadism

This article forgot to mention that Ted Nugent doesn’t believe in evolution

  • Jim Bean

    (1) Yes, but no more so than we are bothered by Bill’s lack of discretion with Monica. (2) Yes, we respect free speech. (3) No, but see #1 for perspective. (4) A male sexual predator preying on young boys is worse. (5) Would you support Bill Clinton more if Monica had been male? (6) Makes him no more or less patriotic than B. Clinton who simply had available, and used, more sophisticated draft dodging maneuvers. (7) Christian value’s necessitate forgiveness. (8) See #1. (9) See #1. (10) Again, see #1. No one willing to let Bill back into the WH is (authentically) in a position pass judgment on Ted.

    • Karen Teegarden

You think having sex with a 13 year old girl is the equivalent of having sex with a 24 year old woman?

      • Jim Bean

Monica was 22 and Ted didn’t have sex with a 13 year old. Rap artists ‘rap’ of killing white cops all the time. That doesn’t mean they do it nor do liberals believe that’s what it means nor make claims that’s what it means. Liberals judge the same things by different standards depending on whether they’re doing it or conservatives are doing. Monica wasn’t the only target of that sexual predator either, I might add.

  • Richard La France

Why do these news feed comment sections always turn into a bunch of quibbling between trolls and liberals? Fumetti666 knows that kind of shit gets your goat or he wouldn’t do it. These trolls always get everyone off the subject of the article and into childish banter and name calling. That’s the MOS of the fucking republican/pee party (there, even I can resort to name calling). They take the facts of their own disastrous behavior and turn it around and point it at us. This is the result of the example their elected officials have set, i.e. Ted Cruz and his part-time girl friend Sarah Palin come to mind. A party that approves of rape and bullying would certainly approve of Ted Nugent’s past and accuse liberals of making it all up. Ignore the bastard. That’ll certainly ruin his fun and he’ll find another news feed to harass.

  • Cemetery Girl

Why would he be considered a poor role model for having sex with underaged females, possibly young enough to be his own daughter, when the conservative point of view regarding sex is females are sluts? When they have talking points discussing what counts as “real rape” and we are still a blame the victim culture, why should that be a negative issue? The blame does not go to the adult male that desires her and just can’t help himself. The blame goes to the girl, from what I’ve heard as young as 12 or 13, that caught his attention w her blatant sexuality. That’s the excuse, even as a child females know their charms and use them.

  • oweniverson

he’s a troll. he’s just doing it for attention. if we could ignore him, he’d go away. but we all love to be shocked, so he’ll be here for quite some time.

  • don’t want too

I don’t know why I am even bothering. But your Hate mongering for the left is disgusting. But what else could be expected from Pro Obama, pro baby killer, But hug trees, animals have more rights than humans idiots like you. Nugent had a student deferral, just like your other hero “Slick Willy” Bill Clinton. the story you probably got third or fourth hand was retracted at the source. The 17 year old girl, you talk about was of legal age of consent, and the 13 year old was non existent, it was a song!
Here is an idea, if you disagree with someone why don’t you try voicing a rational rebuttal to those ideas you disagree with? instead of cowardly trying to attack the moral and ethical character of the person you disagree with?

  • Scott Severin

    Gerstenzang is a clueless oaf!
