Benghazi Ambassador Chris Stevens’ Family Just Made Donald Trump Look Like an Even Bigger Fool

On Tuesday, Republicans finally released the “findings” from their “investigation” into what happened on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, Libya. The much-awaited report ultimately turned out to be nothing more than 800 pages of information we’ve known for years, mixed with their subjective opinion claiming that, despite no actual factual information to support their partisan findings (including their own hand-picked military expert who literally said that nothing would have altered what ultimately happened), something more could have been done to prevent the attack.

Yes, Republicans wasted years and millions of dollars on absolutely nothing more than a partisan stunt aimed at trying to hurt Hillary Clinton’s chances at becoming our next president.

Of course, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, Donald J. Trump, has used the 2012 attack to take several shots at Clinton throughout his campaign, including recently as news began to break that this report was about to be released.

In fact, on June 21st, Trump sent out this tweet:

Seems pretty straight forward, right? According to Mr. Trump, if you want to know about the honesty and judgement of Hillary Clinton, just ask the family of the late Ambassador Chris Stevens.

Well, Robin Wright of The New Yorker did just that during an interview with Ambassador Stevens’ sister (who’s also the family spokesperson), Dr. Anne Stevens.

When asked who she blames for the attack that took her brother’s life, this is what she had to say:

I do not blame Hillary Clinton or Leon Panetta. They were balancing security efforts at embassies and missions around the world. And their staffs were doing their best to provide what they could with the resources they had. The Benghazi Mission was understaffed. We know that now. But, again, Chris knew that. It wasn’t a secret to him. He decided to take the risk to go there. It is not something they did to him. It is something he took on himself.

She was then asked what she thought of Hillary Clinton’s conduct on Benghazi:

She has taken full responsibility, being head of the State Department, for what occurred. She took measures to respond to the review board’s recommendations. She established programs for a better security system. But it is never going to be perfect. Part of being a diplomat is being out in the community. We all recognize that there’s a risk in serving in a dangerous environment. Chris thought that was very important, and he probably would have done it again. I don’t see any usefulness in continuing to criticize her. It is very unjust.

Here’s what she had to say about whether or not she felt her brother’s death had been politicized:

Yes! Definitely politicized. Every report I read that mentions him specifically has a political bent, an accusatory bent. One point that seems to be brought up again and again is the accusation that the attack was a response to the video. I could understand why that conclusion would be made, because it was right after the attack on the U.S. Embassy in Egypt. But, frankly, it doesn’t matter that that was the thinking, that night, about why the attack occurred. It’s irrelevant to bring that up again and again. It is done purely for political reasons.

Dr. Stevens also went on to say that it’s “not appropriate” for some (mostly Republicans) to use her brother’s death as an election issue and that he had “a lot of respect” for Hillary Clinton. She also said that this new report recently released didn’t “look like anything new” and that what Republicans found was what we had already known.

In just this one interview, not only does Chris Stevens’ sister literally say “I do not blame Hillary Clinton,” but she also gives her credit for taking responsibility for the attack and she doesn’t see any “usefulness in continuing to criticize her” because it’s “very unjust” and “inappropriate” for Republicans to continue to try to politicize her brother’s death.

She basically destroyed every idiotic talking point Republicans have been trying to use for years to go after Clinton.

Sadly, I’m sure her words won’t matter one bit to most on the right, especially Trump. Republicans will simply say and do whatever they want, all while claiming this is about honoring the families of the victims, while blatantly ignoring the words spoken by the de facto Stevens family spokesperson, Chris’s sister, Dr. Anne Stevens.

So, when Donald Trump instructs people to ask the family of Ambassador Stevens about Hillary Clinton’s judgement, he’s right – they should. Ambassador Stevens’ sister just said that Hillary Clinton wasn’t to blame for what happened to her brother; that it’s “unjust” for Republicans to continue to criticize her; that she has taken full responsibility for what happened; that it’s “not appropriate” for people like Trump to continue try to use her brother’s death for political reasons; and that her brother “admired” and had “a lot of respect” for Hillary Clinton.

In other words, the family of Ambassador Chris Stevens just make Donald Trump look like an absolute fool by praising Hillary Clinton, while condeming those like him who continue to try to exploit their loved one’s death for political gains.

A pure political stunt meant to do nothing other than slander the Democratic nominee for POTUS. Repubes can’t even do that right…..what do they do well again? I really can’t find a single thing they are ever right about or do well.

    • noah vail

hey, c’mon…they’re the best at bullshit and self delusion and wasting public funds on political attacks to say nothing of.finding the stupidest women in america to speak for them..(palin and bachman in particular but schlafly is still with us, much to our dismay)

    • I have a bridge for sale man. You’d like it. Its real cheap.

      • The Klandidate

Is it a Trump Bridge? Did you buy it when you paid your Trump U tuition? Or did it come with your Trump Steaks? Maybe your Trump tie which was made in China?

      • What ties are made in the US? Oh yea, none. Thanks NAFTA!

      • The Klandidate

How do you expect Rump to fix this? Oh yeah, you aren’t a repub…pfft…

      • And neither is he. Just ask the GOP. Theyll tell you.

      • The Klandidate

And your point is what…..Let me guess, you are just too smart for everyone and nobody can see things as clearly as you do….am I right? Are you a Ron Paul Libertardian?

      • strayaway

Unlike Hillary and John McCain, Ron Paul was not a warmonger who supported the Iraq war or the Hillary/ Obama overthrow of Libya. Paul agreed with Rep. Kucinich(D) who said that “Obama’s war is “an impeachable offense” because “the President committed the U.S. to military intervention without consulting Congress, in clear subversion of Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution, which gives only Congress the power to declare war.” Benghazi is just a symptom of the disease. In hindsight, Kucinich and Paul did see things more clearly than did Hillary, Obama, and McCain.

      • The Klandidate

Libertardianism doesn’t work. Anywhere and anytime. It’s a sickness. And what are you babbling about here? What does this have to do with Gowdy Doody finally giving up on his political stunt? Is this what you are commanded to be outraged about today?

      • strayaway

The opposite of libertarianism is authoritarianism. Your comfort zone along the libertarian/authoritarian spectrum is apparent. However, I didn’t even mention libertarianism. I only mentioned that Paul, whom you previously mentioned, and Kucinich, a Democrat who isn’t a libertarian, saw things more clearly than Hillary, Obama, and McCain with respect to the attack on Libya. Benghazi was just the blowback of horrible policy. If, however, you are inferring that libertarians are not as prone to be war mongers as big government statists, perhaps you have a point.

      • The Klandidate

Bzzzz…wrong….The only authoritarian running is tRump and I strongly oppose him. I think we can both agree that tRump has no business being near the Whitehouse, am I right? If you want competence in your POTUS, surely you can’t be a tRump voter, can you? BTW, Ron and / or Rand Paul will never be POTUS. You should probably start coming to grips with that right away.

      • strayaway

I think this is a thread about Benghazi in Libya interesting as your opinions about Trump might be. However, it was Hillary who as Secretary of State advocated the executive war against Libya which as Dennis Kucinich pointed out was was a violation of the Constitution. Also, Sen. Clinton unconstitutionally voted to give Bush her congressional power to decide whether to declare war on Iraq. Hillary is a proven authoritarian statist. Since Trump has not been in office, its unfair to pit his claims of being less interventionist against the interventionist actions of Hillary.

      • The Klandidate

By your reasoning, nearly everyone violated the Constitution….LMAO You are really reaching her buddy….

What qualifies tRump for the office of POTUS again? Why do you want him having access to our nuclear codes?

      • strayaway

Many did violate the Constitution and consequently their oaths of office. Some didn’t. Obama has been among the worst. Hillary promises to be no better. Trump isn’t my choice although Hillary is, in my opinion, a worse choice based on the fruits of her experience including Benghazi.

      • The Klandidate

Just go away….you have no idea what you are talking about, quite obviously…..Get your tRump blinders on cast your vote as you simply hate America. No rational person would vote for tRump.

      • strayaway

No moral person would vote for Hillary the proven elixir for death and destruction.

      • The Klandidate

Here are a few things for you to compare with tRump’s service to this nation. Please show me what he has done for anyone other than himself and then we can discuss “morals” of the candidates:

MILITARY / VETERANS / FIRST RESPONDERS
        – As a U.S. Senator, Clinton was a champion for our service members and veterans. Hillary Clinton was the first New Yorker to serve on the Senate Armed Services Committee and made veterans a main focus. She introduced the Heroes at Home Act in 2006 and 2007 to help family members care for those with Traumatic Brain Injury. She also worked to increase the military survivor benefit from $12,000 to $100,000, and cosponsored the Support for Injured Service members Act to extend benefits provided under the Family and Medical Leave Act. Hillary also worked across the aisle to keep the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station open during a time when the Pentagon was shuttering bases, which saved 800 jobs in upstate New York.
        – Hillary Clinton, as a U.S. Senator, worked with Republicans to expand health care for National Guard members and reservists. According to McClatchy, then-Senator Clinton worked with Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) to “provide full military health benefits to reservists and National Guard members.” A statement from Graham’s senate office said, “Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) today announced that the Department of Defense Authorization bill conference report finalized today includes an amendment that will improve TRICARE benefits for National Guard members and Reservists, allowing all members of the Selected Reserve and their families to enroll in TRICARE with an across the board cost-sharing of 28 percent. Today’s victory builds on the Senators’ longstanding commitment to ensuring that members of our National Guard and Reserve and their families have access to the health care benefits they need and deserve.”
        – Hillary stepped up for New York in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, fighting hard to secure funds for medical assessment, referrals and outreach for 9/11 rescue and recovery workers, and volunteers.
        IMMIGRATION
        – As Senator, Hillary Clinton fought to pass the DREAM Act and comprehensive immigration reform, helping to cultivate awareness of the issues in Congress. She introduced the Legal Immigrant Children’s Health Improvement Act, which would give states the option to provide federally funded Medicaid and SCHIP benefits to low-income legal immigrant children and pregnant women. She also wrote the Access to Employment and English Acquisition Act to meet the growing demand for English language courses and other job skills.
        HEALTH CARE
        – Hillary wrote a law as Senator providing grants to state and local governments to pay for respite care services for family caregivers, which allows expanded funding for temporary breaks for caregivers of sick or disabled people.
        – One of Hillary’s Senate bills to distribute flu vaccines more efficiently inspired provisions of a law promoting the production and stockpiling of vaccines to improve our response to public health emergencies.
        WOMEN & CHILDREN
        – Hillary Clinton worked in the Senate to strengthen the State Children’s Health Insurance Program, introducing multiple bills allowing states to expand the program that she helped create as First Lady. The program, created in 1997, increased health coverage for children in low income and working families. Hillary also co-wrote a law compelling drug companies to conduct safety tests for products prescribed for children, and wrote a component of the No Child Left Behind Act authorizing funding for recruiting and retaining better teachers.
        – Hillary Clinton was a powerful advocate for women in the Senate and was one of the original cosponsors of the Prevention First Act to increase access to family planning. As Senator she was a strong defender of a woman’s right to choose.

      • strayaway

Nice cut and paste job. Where’s the part about he idiotic Libyan war policy that led to Benghazi among other things?

      • The Klandidate

Please show me one thing tRump has done for the people of this country. One

      • The Klandidate

Do you find it morally reprehensible that tRump covets his own daughter or that he is on his 3rd marriage and 2nd to an Eastern European prostitute?

      • strayaway

I don’t even advocate Trump. I said that hillary was worse. Ask everyone whose family was destroyed in Libya, Syria, Ukraine… if that wasn’t worse than your characterization of Trump and women.

      • The Klandidate

“He’s a war hero because he was captured,” Trump said during an appearance at the Family Leadership Summit in Ames, Iowa, on Saturday. “I like people who weren’t captured.”

      • strayaway

McCain and Hillary are a team of war mongers. McCain is probably worse than Hillary if that’s possible. They both supported the Iraq war, the Libyan attack, and the other Hillary/Obama foreign policy catastrophe’s. Some “hero”. McCain, like Hillary, sent a lot of people to their graves including the four dead in Benghazi.

      • The Klandidate

So you support tRump criticizing POWs now…..got it.

      • strayaway

It’s not surprising that John McCain is your new found Republican “hero”. After all, which Republican’s foreign policy is more like Hillary’s? Hillary is a hero too. She landed in Bosnia under sniper fire. She said so. ” “I remember landing under sniper fire.”

      • The Klandidate

And tRump knows Putin personally because he was on the same episode of 60 minutes. Now that is foreign policy experience! Am I right?

      • strayaway

You are not even on topic. Time to change your name again. I do like the names you come up with.

      • The Klandidate

You were babbling about foreign policy so I just reminded you what your candidate considers to be foreign policy experience. And that is, being on the same episode of 60 Minutes that the Russian Dictator was on. It also appears that tRump really admires that dictator. Does that bother you?

      • strayaway

I’m more worried that Hillary, or maybe Trump, will act as a dictator than if Putin is a dictator. Hillary has already said she would expand Obama’s dictatorial executive immigration laws. It also bothers me that Hillary, as SOS, played a role in overthrowing the elected government of Ukraine thus allowing Putin an excuse to invade Ukraine. That mistake (Hillary’s ‘experience’ in your parlance) resumed the cold war. It’s difficult to imagine anyone besides your ‘hero’ McCain with a worse foreign policy record than Hillary. I would consider better relations with Russia a good thing. That’s one reason I won’t be voting for Hillary. I worry about Trump because I don’t know which way he will go. However, based on her record (experience), I know Hillary will be a disaster. Benghazi is only an expression of Hillary’s foreign policy.

      • The Klandidate

        Sure….whackadoo….

      • The Klandidate

BTW, I am no fan of McCain as he blames every single international act of violence on the US for some reason. He’s simply one more know-nothing, and one of yours. I do find it amusing how quickly the future loser of the 2016 Presidential election dismisses him though…..

      • The Klandidate

Trump advocates killing “suspected” terrorists’ FAMILIES and torturing them.

        Do you approve?

      • strayaway

No, but talking and doing are two different things. Trump advocates. Hillary has a long record of doing those things; the four inadvertently dead at Benghazi included. “Asked again about the permissibility of torture, Hillary declared: “In those instances where we have sufficient basis to believe that there is something imminent, yeah, but then we’ve got to have a check and balance.” In other words, Clinton is prepared to support legislation explicitly granting the US president the right to order the torture of any suspect, so long as the president claims there exists an “imminent threat” to national security—something the Bush White House does on a nearly routine basis. As a “check and balance,” she proposes a “top secret” report to members of Congress that will be concealed from the American people.” -10/28/06 World Socialist Web Site

The good news about Hillary is that she now opposes torture (and the TPP). However, she won’t go on record if she opposes sleep deprivation , water boarding, cold cells or if she considers them torture.

      • The Klandidate

So you don’t believe anything tRump says now…..got it…..it just matters how he makes you feel…..

      • strayaway

Reminder: Work on your reading comprehension. I didn’t say anything about not believing anything Trump says. I’ll have to give up on responding to you if you can’t keep up.

      • The Klandidate

Trump raped his first wife. That is a fact and she said so.

      • strayaway

Bill Clinton raped women he wasn’t married to. That’s what they said. They also said Hillary was They also said Hillary was his enabler and made their lives more miserable for talking about it. It was part of her war on women. Why did you bring that up on a non-related thread?

      • The Klandidate

No he didn’t. Do you believe every single right wing lie?

      • strayaway

That’s what multiple women claimed. Maybe you know more than they do. Besides being her husband’s enabler, Hillary wants to register women for the draft, and allow any man claiming to be trans into women and girls’ shower rooms. Back when she was an attorney, Hillary represented a rapist. He was accused of brutally raping 12 year old girl. Hillary claimed the girl wanted an older man on a court document. He got out serving only two months for destroying that girl because some court documents were lost. While I realize Hillary Rodham was just doing her job as a lawyer, it does suggest Hillary was willing and able to defend her husband against all these women. No wonder women support Hillary.

      • The Klandidate

Why are you here defending tRump again? You have a choice of two people and you choose the rapist and guy who says that torturing and killing the families of suspected terrorists is perfectly fine. Just like to get you on record while you are trolling here…..

      • The Klandidate

How is Hillary worse than someone who advocates torture and killing family members?

      • strayaway

Because she has a proven track record of actually developing policies that killed or contributed to the killings of hundreds of thousands of people in Libya, Ukraine, and Syria. So far, Trump is a talker. Hillary is a proven killer.

      • The Klandidate

SMH. You are just lost. The mental gymnastics you repubes go through to justify your support of one more know-nothing is just frightening.

      • strayaway

You’re unable to keep up is more like it. Or maybe you just can’t digest things that contradict your narrative like Hillary’s extreme foreign policy failures and voting for the Iraq war. You should just expect incidents like Benghazi and a million annual new refugees on a regular basis is she’s elected. Blame it all on Bush.

      • The Klandidate

No, you go right on ahead and place your vote for Rand Paul and Dennis Kucinich. Don’t waste it on tRump.

        Thanks in advance.

      • strayaway

Hillary’s votes and policies have resulted in killing family members, hundreds of thousands.. That’s how.

      • The Klandidate

        Yeah sure…..

      • The Klandidate

How is Hillary worse than a serial philanderer who hates American women so much he has to marry Eastern European prostitutes? How is Hillary worse than a 70 year old man who covets his own daughter?

      • The Klandidate

Do you approve of the way he insults veterans who served in Vietnam while he dodged service?

      • strayaway

Do Bill Clinton or Trump’s not volunteering for military service have something to do with Benghazi. Answer: No it doesn’t. Neither does Hillary’s expressed willingness to draft women.

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

Drafting women was put on the floor by a republican as a stunt. To his dismay it got enough votes to actually pass. Women leading the charge I might add. Now that being said. Women want to serve in combat positions just like men. They fought for it and recently obtained that right. So now why would they be excluded from the draft just like the men?

      • strayaway

Not the floor. It was voted on by the House Armed Services Committee. It was stupid of Duncan Hunter to put it on the floor. He should have known Democrats would vote for more control over women. Women already can serve in combat roles. This was a vote to force women to register for the draft. All 27 Democrats voted to register women as did 5 Republicans. 27 Republicans voted to keep women out of potentially stupid wars or forcing them to work for low pay. The present draft registration of men was begun by Pres. Carter along with boycotting the Moscow Olympics, and ceasing to sell food to the USSR because he was mad that the USSR had sent troops into Afghanistan. Parents will be surprised to learn that Democrats think the daughters they raised can be used and disposed of as Democrats wish. Democrats also started the last two actual drafts of men (Wilson, FDR) that were ended by Republicans (Coolidge, Nixon). The Supreme Court has refused to consider the “involuntary servitude” clause with respect to serving involuntarily. Women too are now at risk. I’m for ending the draft registration for men and women.

      • strayaway

Women already can serve in combat. The draft and women in combat have nothing to do with each other. Conscription makes it easier for governments to fight stupid wars stupidly and to cut military pay and benefits. Duncan Hunter did error in thinking Democrats weren’t vile enough to also press women into involuntary servitude. All 27 Democrats and 5 Republicans on the House Armed Services Committee voted to add women to Jimmy Carter’s draft registration. 27 Republicans voted against the measure. Parents, one day, will be surprised to discover that Democrats expanded draft registration to use and dispose of their daughters as they choose. I’m against draft registration for men as well as women. Instead of expanding liberty, Democrats and some Republicans chose to expand involuntary servitude.

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

You say PROVEN?! No charges, arrests or convictions! Years of propaganda does not a fact make!!

      • strayaway

Did I say anything about proven “charges, arrests, or convictions”? No, I didn’t although maybe it is something you have reason to worry about. I wrote that Hillary was “the PROVEN elixir for death and destruction” a reference to Libya including Benghazi, Syria, Ukraine, her Iraq war vote. But getting back to “charges, arrests or convictions”; not being in prison yet, marrying an alpha male to take her to the top like Eva Peron, and her killing in the cattle futures market are her greatest accomplishments.

      • Adrian S

The libertarians in the US are in a coalition with the actual authoritarians and right-wings in the nation. That should tell you a thing or two… You make yourself guilty of starting several wars US had no chance of winning and that offered nothing in return for the pain, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq.

      • strayaway

I can tell you which wars Bush, Obama, and Hillary advocated and started. You tell me which wars Ron Paul supported beyond taking down the taking down the Taliban after 9/11. You probably haven’t yet grasped the fact that libertarians and authoritarians are on the opposite side of the political spectrum. Benghazi was an outcome of Hillary and Obama’s foreign policy. Vietnam was Lyndon Johnson’s war slowly ended by Nixon. Iraq was, again, Bush’s war although with the complicity of Hillary, Kerry, and every other member of congress who unconstitutionally ceded their power to declare war to Bush.

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

Are you saying NAFTA is the reason Trump has all his crap made in other countries other than the US?

      • Its probably a big part of the reason. Even if there were American factories to make them, how could they compete with, say, Indonesia? Slave labor and free trade. How could a company pay an American a living wage with that kind of competition? They cant. Which is why they do not exist anymore.

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

However the choice to do business outside of America is solely the business owners choice. Moving jobs purely for their personal wealth not caring about American & it’s workforce. Just saying!

      • No youre just making an excuse for yourself to keep hating on Trump. Do me a favor and go eat a dick. Like you were ever going to vote for Trump.

      • The Klandidate

Why don’t you do us all a favor and GFY and take your tRump loving @ss back to Breitbart. Maybe there you can talk about all of the great things Saddam Hussein used to do and how tRump is going to erect a statue to honor him at the next Casino he bankrupts.

This is the type of thinking from someone that has listened to the endless GOP propaganda for the last 25-30 years! There has been no charges, arrests or convictions after all the money spent to find something, anything! All they found was that Bill Clinton got a blow job! Yet you are a believer!

  • ORAXX

It cannot be over stated that in the two years before the Benghazi incident, the Republicans in congress, over the protests of Secretary Clinton, cut funding for embassy security to the tune of nearly a half billion dollars. Given their track record, I think this move had a lot less to do with any attempt to be fiscally responsible, than it did with being politically vindictive.

    • Darrian

That’s a given..if we use GOP logic it was all part of a “plan” to create a scenario to pin on….OH wait look Benghazi!! ….see where I’m going with this ?

      • “..if we use GOP logic it was all part of a “plan” to create a scenario to pin on..”

No the real issue was illegal gun running to Syrian rebels. Why arent illegalities important when democrats do them? Only republicans are held accountable. Why is that? When Reagan did it we had the Iran/Contra Affair.

      • The Klandidate

Reagan was the most corrupt administration in history, as are all Repube administrations. Repubes do nothing right and surround themselves with criminals. That is always a given. Am I right?

It’s getting very difficult to decide the “worser of two evils,” isn’t it? With only two logical choices to win the White House, if you don’t vote for the “Lesser of two evils,” then you are in effect saying it is ok for the worser won to win the election.

      • HW13568

I’m not a republican, but I disagree with you. Reagan was not the most corrupt admin in history. That would be Obama. Hillary will be another Obama. Our country is NOT moving in the right direction and all the recent polls show 60-70%+ of the country feels this way. That’s pretty significant. That may be the one thing that brings her down. We’ll see what happens when she campaigns with Obama in the next few days. That could be very telling.

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

I suppose you think Bush & your do absolutely nothing congress was taking the country in the right direction?!

      • The Klandidate

How many of Reagan’s people went to jail? You do the math. Then compare that with President Obama. Get back to me when you figure it out sweetie. BTW, you are a Repube if you are defending Reagan’s disasterous presidency. And, those polls do not show that Americans are in favor of any repube policies. None. Repubes do nothing right anyway and have no record of success in anything. People were much less happy when Repubes were in control, that is a fact.

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

You say the Obama administration is corrupt. Where’s the facts to support your assumption? Many of you say crap without anything to corroborate your delusions!

      • The Klandidate

No, the Obama administration is not corrupt at all. Thank you for pointing that out.

      • Becky Aheren

is lying corrupt, signing bills without congress approval? he has done that, plus recently telling us he was sending cash for payment cause not able use banks, then turning aroung and sending them over a billion, how by check, either you can or can’t one of them was lying to us, the cash was so he wouldn’t get caught, but when caught paying ransom, which he said he didn’t do but the iranians said he did, he went ahead and paid by check

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

Do you not know ALL president have the power to sign executive orders without Congress’s approval!

      • Yes idiot they all the power of the president change from person to person

      • Do you live on the planet Earth? And if you do do you have a television or radio?

      • Hey dipschit. Reagan’s adversaries in government werent called racists any time they held him accountable either was they? Eat a dick Klan boy

      • The Klandidate

You didn’t answer the question….how many of Reagan’s administration went to jail, and how many were CONVICTED of crimes?

      • hughsbayou

More top officials were indicted for wrong doing in the Reagan Admin before or since. That my friend is a fact. Obama may not be doing some things you like or seem to be talking to the wrong people but that is a far cry from doing something that brings an indictment.

      • Oh so that makes it okay 36 years later for Hillary Clinton to break the law, do I understand you correctly?

      • Rolly Cortez

Any concrete document to support your statement that Obama was the most corrupt president? Or is it just because you are a Republican???

      • Michael Chase

You are crazy. Obama has had his hands shackled by the congress, that is made up of idiot republicans that want to live in the 1950’s! Obama has done a pretty good job all things considered. Hillary does not want to have her presidency to be just like his. She wants to take some of Bernie Sanders ideas and try to unite this country. I believe she will try her best. We need a fair and balanced president for the future. Not racist trump, who wants to take us all backwards.

      • Becky Aheren

but, can you trust what she says, she will say anything to get elected, she is a proven liar, how do you know she is telling the truth this time? she has been a politician for 30 years and has about nit to show for it, except getting rich

      • Debbie

Becky, those are Trump’s words. Whose a bigger liar than him? Hillary has accomplished a lot in 30 years. Her resume speaks volumes over trump’s as for steering the country in the right direction. POTUS is not an entry level job, building a country is not equal to building a damn building. Continuous Bankruptcy is not an option! You republicans like to do dumb sh*t just because you can. The rest of us are tired of suffering because of it!

      • Becky Aheren

not trump words alone, her history proves it, you will think suffering if she gets in, her experience is bad experience. she will be in one scandal after another until she is impeached. her economic plan will put us in further debt, and take more of our freedoms away. why does democrats always resort to bad language and mud slinging. it is all you got, thats why

      • Trump’s words? So Trump’s words created all those emails? Are you a retarded person?

      • You’re the perfect example of a person who follows smarter people. I can hear their voices coming from the words right now. You’re a fraud

      • Zoe

You’re not a Republican, but you think Obama was more corrupt than Reagan? Uh. OK.

On what basis, pray tell? You do know that Reagan OK’d the sale of arms to Iran in order to provide arms to the Contras… right? Totally and completely illegal. Yet, the Republicans of today get completely apoplectic when they even *think* about deals with Iran, let alone ARMS deals, but apparently when their hero Reagan sells arms to Iran (just a few years after the Iran hostage crisis!), it’s okey-dokey. Yep, all makes perfect sense.

      • Michael L Stevens

Your a troll. Shut the fuck up until you have the courage to come back and show us all who the hell you are, where your from, what you’ve done, age, and everything else that gives you credit. Otherwise your a troll. You could be a foreign agent, a pimple faced teenager both. I can come on here anonymously and say I have 3 doctorates, was an honor roll student, actually paid taxes (that wouldn’t be a lie) and expect people to take that as gospel truth. As far as I’m concerned you aint, you havn’t done shit and you don’t know shit

      • John Baron Miller

Hey Michael, the only party and candidate working closely with foreign agents is the GOP and Trump. Do you support the Russian candidate, Trump?

      • Michael L Stevens

Absolutely. Putin is by far a better leader than Hillary Clinton and Russia is by far less socialist than what your party has become. Now, as I said before, your a troll.

You should move to Russia and be led by him. He’s a former KGB operative, an AUTHORITARIAN who kills reporters, invades countries, and if he were leading this country you would be arrested and or killed for protesting or speaking out against him. Period.

I get it though, that is who you are hoping Trump will be and all signs point to exactly that IF he were to ever get near the WH. So seriously, go try Russia on for size and leave the US to the sane people.

      • Dan

        Amen to that!

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

How would you know Putin is a better leader than Hillery Clinton? She won’t be president until November 2016!

      • Michael L Stevens

Actually, Bev, had she been the President elect she wouldn’t have been President until January 2017 but, as I correctly suspected at the time, she never will be. I think that qualifies Putin a better leader than someone who never was and never will be. Our supreme court will be safe for the next generation. By then perhaps you will have actually paid some taxes, become more worldly wise, and understand why your were such idiot back in 2016

      • Debbie

You’re blindsided by hate. Obama is and was a far better and honest President. He inherited a mess, but was able make great accomplishments, keeping us safe in spite of ignorant, corrupt republicans.

      • Michael L Stevens

I con’t know about you sir but I graduated high school the year before Reagan was elected and I so thankful to have him for the next 8 years. Maybe you were not born yet but it was pretty bleak prospects for someone like me entering the work place. It was equally bad to consider instead entering into one of the military branches. The Soviets were at the peak of their powers, our military was at its most impotent state in my lifetime. I distinctly remember in the 2-3 years prior to graduating that the only students that were going to enlist were the troublemakers that were going to use it to avoid jail. Shortly after Reagan took office he turned that around. They were no longer welcome. The GI bill attracted the good kids and the needed combination of spending on upgrades defeated the Soviets and led to its dissolution. The tax cuts got the economy going (yes at the expense of budget deficits) and the long term result of these actions (because results do not come instantly) eventually showed up in the roaring 90s. Reagan has been the best President (and he had his faults too, they all do) in my 55 year lifetime and I wish we had one just like him now.

      • The Klandidate

I remember Raygun as well although I was 16 when he took office. Really not that much younger than you. I also remember Iran/Contra Arms for hostages. I remember the USS Vincennes shooting down an Iranian passenger plane, I remember the father of our national debt (inherited a surplus and left us a deficit), he also created the 2nd largest govt agency, the bombing of the Marine barracks which killed 241 military personnel in Libya then he cut and ran, he raided Social Security trust fund, raised taxes on middle class while cut it for the wealthiest, and ignored AIDS. And really, that is just the tip of the iceberg. The communist government in the Soviet Union fell because we out spent them. Period. Their economy would not support the growth in military sufficient to keep up with us. It also meant they could no longer afford to keep control of the East European populations. This also is why we now spend 50% of our annual budget on Military Spending and a major contributor to our massive deficit and debt. How about his supplying weapons to the radical Islamists in Afghanistan? You know, the folks who became the Taliban and later supported Osama Bin Laden? Perhaps it was his pursuit of UFOs, or maybe Nancy and him consulting astrologers?

How many of his staff and advisors were convicted of crimes? Do you even know at this point? Reality is something very different than the fantasy you have been told or were led to believe as a young person. By any and all measures, Democrats are much better for this country in every respect. His trickle-on economics is everything that is wrong with income inequality in this country today and a major factor in the anger of working class Americans. If you dislike wealth disparity as is it today (which 63% of Americans see as a major problem), you can thank Raygun for starting us down this path. BTW, Clinton kicked Raygun’s job numbers by any measure and President Obama’s numbers are skewed only due to the disaster he inherited from Dumbya.

Hope this helps clarify things for you.

      • Tmac

Why don’t you give us the names of arrested? Before Reagan, Carter had this country drowning. Know your history son.

      • The Klandidate

It’s pretty hard to name all 138 of them….Know your history little fella

      • Vickie Hartley

Democrats aren’t to smart …..Go out on the street and talk to a few…Most are in la la land!!!!
They are blinded and don’t see the evil in control now…..Very scary!!!

      • The Klandidate

That’s “too smart”, not “to smart”….dummy….

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

I have seen where they went out on the street & talked to republicans just this week. Trust me their lack of knowledge was scary! Which totally explains their support for Donald Trump!

      • Kevin Kane

Another wilfully ignorant Teabilly Taliban Trumptard Twat-Waffle; y’all are a dime a dozen nowadays.

      • Michael L Stevens

Another faceless troll. Its a trend I’ve noticed for several years now. I see it a lot in forums pitting Ukrainians and Russians in political disagreements. The Ukrainians tend to show themselves freely. The Russians are always like you, and Comrade Klandidate and Zoe. Faceless, name callers, misinformationalists. Basically tools, not to mention cowards

      • Jim Kellogg

Wow we are Vickie what exactly have you contributed to the conversation other than hatred and putred words? Why don’t you defend your glorious republitards with some facts showing us how wrong we are please. I want to be proven wrong. But knowing how Trump supporters are you will even have trouble reading my post and then blather some rude racist comment or simply spout more jibberish. Try FACTS please and quit drinking the damn koolaid

      • Why don’t you post something without the hatred. So tired of the angry
posts that do nothing to bring facts to a conversation you are simply a
hate filled Marxist that will be angry and start riots when your candidate loses. You traitorous piece of schit.

      • Zoe

Right, because Trump’s supporter are such kind, gentle, rational souls, who will just scatter daisy petals and sip tea when their candidate is crushed. Uh huh.

      • Zoe

Hmm. No. You’re confused. I’m so sorry.

      • hughsbayou

try Google, But one prominent name comes to mind, Oliver North, who went on to have a popular right wing hate show. Getting convicted of a crime can be a career move I guess. This is Wikipedia, but you can verify all of this elsewhere. Some of us lived through it. A scandal a month or so. And I can still feel the anger I felt then when he raised SS with holding from 9% combined employee and employer to over 15% combined. As a self employed I had to pay the whole shot so I remember it well. What a jerk. Created the SS trust fund and immediately started using it to hide the budget deficits. Great President? Define Great. He took us to the cleaners. He also presided over the ending of the pensions system replacing it with IRAs etc. making the stock brokers really happy. Total tool of the upper money elites.

      • Michael L Stevens

tremendous patriot. God bless Oliver North.

      • Zoe

Carter was an ineffective President, but a very smart guy. Frankly, he enacted some unwise policies, but he had the right idea. Energy conservation is still a good idea; he was ahead of his time. There are also better ways to induce the populace at large to get on board with your initiatives than folksy fireside chats while wearing a cardigan. Carter made people feel bad about themselves. Reagan made them feel good. End of story.

      • Michael L Stevens

I’m sure you still never get the speedo over 55 right. Or were you even licensed to drive when we all had to suffer through that Carter inspired federal law? Carter thought we should conserve oil way back then in the 70s because we were going to run out any day. Today the world is so awash in oil its causing massive unemployment in one of the last industries in America that paid a living wage. That reminds me of something I always thought was puzzling. If you are one of those liberals that thinks we should all get off the crude oil and convert whole hog to the alternatives then why do you stand in the way of us using it all up so we have no other choice? whats the point of conserving it? Its a rhetorical question because there isn’t a person on this earth I know of including all my conservative friends that believe in waste. We just don’t believe in economic suicide even more. We are also not so arrogant as to think us little piss ants, mankind, are powerful to make a dent in mother nature. Any fool that thinks otherwise should study volcanoes. A little one like Mt St Helens throws up more particulates in a day than mankind has in a lifetime. And the big ones are going to happen, whether you like it or not.

      • The Klandidate

Would you say oil is finite or infinite? Do you believe oil supply will always exceed demand? Yes or no. Then tell me about scarcity in terms of pricing and effect on our economy and policy choices that must be made / implemented taking into account recognition, action and effect time lags…..

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

Whether you know it or not the country is still feeling the effects of Reaganomics! You know that trickle down bs! But you all continue to believe in your little republican hearts that he was the best president ever!

      • Tmac

Reagan backed the Norton alliance, they did not become the Taliban. Again know your history or doom to repeat.

      • The Klandidate

Bzzzz. Wrong…..Doouble check “Operation Cyclone” dummy…..Know your history sonny

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

Thank god someone besides me was paying attention. Thank you I love facts!!

      • What branch of the military did you serve in Klan boy? Im betting you didnt serve at all.

      • The Klandidate

You would be betting wrong. 20 plus year in the US Army. You?

      • Yea? What was your MOS? All you have to do is put your mouse over my avatar and you can see my veteran status. If you are a veteran? And you support Hillary? You are no brother of mine, and IMO a traitor to your oath, your country, and your fellow veterans.

      • The Klandidate

Let’s just say I make 50K per year for waking up at this point and in fairly decent health. Your MOS means crap to me because you are a loon, just like that retarded 1SG last night at that tRump circus who embarrassed himself. People like him, and you, are garbage and need go crawl back under your rock.

      • 50k? Welfare pays pretty good these days. LOL yea you’re a real winner alright! Hahahaha. Keep up the good work, keep reaching for those stars sport!

      • The Klandidate

You could probably check retirement pay scales to get a feel for where I retired…. And that is take home. Sucks to be you I guess.

      • I make your income in 5 months. Id say it sucks to be you. lol

      • The Klandidate

that is what I get paid for waking up, I am also a Govt contractor making much more than that…..move along Cletus.

      • Zoe

Huh. And here I am, a lowly Democrat, and yet I make MORE than that in 5 months. Interesting…

      • The Klandidate

BTW, the traitor is definitely you if you support a guy like Trump who insults veterans like John McCain while he himself dodged service during Vietnam. tRump is a piece of human garbage who wants to bang his own daughter, rapes his wives and teenagers apparently, is on his third marriage and 2nd to an eastern European hooker, 4 bankruptcies….and I could go on and on….he is sh!t and so are you if you would ever dream of voting for that trash.

      • I knew you were a lying poser. You dont even know what an MOS is. Typical liberal liar.

      • The Klandidate

Ha! I am way more comfortable with acronyms than I want to be. You are a know nothing breitbart D team loser. Good luck in your delusions

      • And to you and yours as well.

      • Jim Kellogg

You are simply a right wing bully. That is how you think you win arguments start calling people names instead of using facts the only thing you have proven is that you are a simple minded excuse for a person you are the traitor sir if you want to vote for Trump he is no friend of yours. He supports the very people that cut your veterans funding for all your benefits or ar you too stupid to understand this. get a fucking clue if you support a republican you are voting against yourself. You are a complete fucktard seriously do some research or shut the fuck up

      • Klan boy is a disrespectful assh0L3. He has earned this.

      • Zoe

Do you really think that all veterans back Trump? Trump, the draft-dodger? Really???

      • Jim Kellogg

Why don’t you post something without the hatred. So tired of the angry posts that do nothing to bring facts to a conversation you are simply a hate filled Trump supporter that will be angry and start riots when your candidate loses. Leave the conversation ya racist piece of Trump lover

      • First of all, Trump is leading in all the polls currently. And maybe redirect your opine toward klan boy. Hes a disrespectful typical angry liberal progressive. I only became hostile after many hostile comments from him. He called me out. He gets what he deserves, contempt. Hes a liar who makes claims that he cant back up. Dont believe me? Read my priors, Im not a coward who locks his account.

And incidentally, if you want to defend him after his behavior? The F you too.

      • Oh and Klan boy. I blocked you. Not because you pose some form of a threat. But I dont interact with lying posers who falsely claim veteran status, then use that lie to denigrate them.

You were unable to answer even the most basic questions. Especially considering you claim 20 years of service in the Army.

Youre a sick, sad, cowardly person and a disgrace to your country. I dont care if your wife serves now. Thats not you. Positive or negative I do not care to acknowledge you.

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

Update: Trump is no longer leading in the polls.

      • It will change again it’s already working its way there now

      • WVU Grad

You might not remember how much interest was for home and can loans at the time. I graduated from college in 1980 and went to get a car the interest rate was 17.8 % but at the bank where I got my loan, you could 13.8% if you put down 1/3. Being a new graduate I did not have the money since I put myself through school. I will say my Dad spoke to the loan officer who he knew and was able to get the better rate with only a 1/4 down and I had a 36 month loan. I don’t even know if they still do 36 month loans for cars anymore, since I’ve always paid cash for my cars.

      • The Klandidate

Those are Fed policies that determined those interest rates, not Reagan or any politician. You aren’t awarding Reagan credit for that, are you? And I also tend to buy vehicles outright as I hate handing interest to any bank.

      • WVU Grad

Did you read that I had just graduated and had paid for my college with no debt. That was still under Carter as the election was in November and Reagan went into office in January of 1981.

      • Michael L Stevens

Comrade Klanidate, I disagree with you on just about every point and you are almost completely wrong on every single point you made except one. We spent the Soviets to death. That is all on Reagan and a master stroke. You can’t sit here today, fool, and know what the future would have been had we not done that. BTW: Osama Bin Laden was getting helped by our government when the USSR was at war in Afghanistan. That was on Jimmy Carter’s watch. You’ve recited all the bad things that happened on Reagan’s and some of the good. Not disputing any of those except to say some you called out in scorn I honestly didn’t mind too much

. I know this much by listening to your rant that while I wasn’t being “taught” anything, I was living and observing it first hand, you by your own admission was a 16 year old, smoking dope somewhere because that’s what people did at 16 unless you were conservative like me, and completely oblivious to what was going on at the time. That President and his policies, as well as that Republican congress of the 90’s, and the millennium clock were the engine that gave us a short lived slight surplus at the end of the last century. We were not in surplus when Reagan came in you idiot, it simply wasn’t nearly as high a deficit as it was and as I said correctly the first time, NEEDED TO BE for this country to get in gear and make for the roaring 90s.

Democrats are not good for this country, not anymore. There used to be such a thing as conservative democrats, The trouble with those Dems were they were into creating things like the KKK and standing in the way of republican initiatives such as the equal rights amendment and the black man’s vote. Look it up junior.

      • The Klandidate

you are right, it has always been conservatives that have stood in the way of equal rights. Conservatives are now in the GOP which is why the GOP is such a racist mess. We rid ourselves of cons in the mid 60s. You own the racism. And I love how you attempt to simplify GOP disasters and attribute Democratic successes to mythical clocks and GOP supply side fantasies. LMAO….

Pro tip, supply side economics is BS as is the entire GOP economic “plan”. This is the not the 1930s. No serious economist believes you or any supply sider. BTW, most Repubes I know smoked dope and were drunk most of the time when they were 16. Personally, I have never had one illegal drug and didn’t drink my first beer until I was 18 and almost of the legal age of 19 back in the day. So your fantasies of moral superiority are just that. Fantasies. You don’t own work ethic, morals, or patriotism. You own the KKK and disasterous GOP messes that we have continually had to clean up.

      • Michael L Stevens

Too bad these serious economists you speak of feel the same way you do. Explains how our deficit has doubled in the past 7 1/2 years and continued to spiral out of control under Bush jr and Obama. Bush jr was no Reagan. Reagan’s economics got the results we saw in the 90’s. Clinton even pissed off his own party he agreed with Reagan’s policies so much and enjoyed a Republican congress that prevented his democratic detractors from getting in the way. That’s the truth, you don’t know the truth, you evidently majored in creating derogatory terms you consider clever play on words to describe the people and institutions you hate. You’ve never held a job in your life that produced anything of value to the rest of the world. You’ve sucked from the public tit so long you don’t think twice about it. Your a coward that hides in anonymity. No one believes your boasts. No one believes your claims. One can’t find a single person on here that supports your posts except other anonymous trolls like you. Your a failure that gets off by insulting your superiors because you can’t get off any other way. No one would have you. You are in for a world of hurt come November. I’m bored with you now and I am only shaming myself by continually lowering myself to your level by responding to your bait. I am done with you.

      • The Klandidate

Who was the last Repube to run a balanced budget or cut the deficit? I’m curious if you even the know the answer here.

      • Zoe

        Eisenhower?

      • The Klandidate

And BTW, how many net jobs did Dumbya’s administration create as compared to President Obama?

      • Michael L Stevens

You seem to have it in your tiny brain that all of us that know what a scumbag Hillary is are dyed in the wool republicans. I already alluded to what I thought of George W. Bush. I will expand on that. When he announced he was running I immediately thought he was not qualified. He had not done enough and I was suspicious of how he had such a war chest so soon. In office he and most congressional republicans disappointed. They were too much like you and other leftists. He was not Reagan and I don’t expect to get another one like Reagan in every election. President’s like Reagan, Theodore Roosevelt, John Kennedy only come around once in a while. Bill Clinton I would even put in that category. He was good. The most republican like democrat of all time. But having said that, W was far and away better than your alternatives. He was strong on terrorism and did a lot for the Africans suffering aids but he let your party get away with too much in 2006. It wasn’t all his fault. I blame congressional republicans more than him. They are the group that promised to get spending under control then behaved like democrats once elected. They lost the majority as a result then your most flaming left passed idiotic legislation that allowed people that shouldn’t qualify for a mortgage loan borrow $300,000 with 0 down and 50 year terms. They did this against the advice of prominent republicans like McCain who has since fallen out of favor with me since his second run and all the “my friend, my friend garbage’. I’m for the candidate not the party and unfortunately Hillary Clinton is not Bill Clinton. She is such a self centered, conniving, devious and dishonest candidate that I think if I felt the way you do about her I would beg someone to kill me like a person that’s been bitten by a zombie.

      • The Klandidate

You like Trump. Say no more. You are not a serious person so there is no need to continue. Seriously. Anyone who supports him is a threat to this nations security.

      • Zoe

You think the “flaming left” passed the legislation that allowed people to borrow with 0 down and 50 year terms? That, my friend, is entirely on the “creativity” of the modern banking industry — something created by the folks on the RIGHT. My god, the revisionist history is just amazing.

      • Michael L Stevens

Think? I know it. Its a fact. They got control of the house and had the majority to ram it through ya dumbass. There’s youtube videos of republicans like McCain giving speeches against it before the vote. Bernie Frank was your party’s point man. That’s the problem with people like you Zoe. You don’t know what the fuck your talking about.

      • Floridagal322

The only thing Reagan did well was to string together a lot of platitudes to make an upbeat speech. I will grant you that he was an effective speaker as many actors would be. However, speech making is not the criteria by which I judge a President. He fostered raiding corporations, picking them apart by selling off their pension funds and other assets and leaving the stripped carcass out of business–lost jobs, promised pensions gone to enrich his wealthy cronies. His trickle down economics was a bad joke that enriched the top while the middle class suffered. He concentrated more power in the military-industrial complex despite the warnings of President Eisenhower. And, then, of course, there were the many scandals–from the Middle East to South America and beyond. Taxes went up unless you were one of the elites and income disparity was promoted. I lived through those years and those during his time as California governor when he began the systematic destruction of the excellent master plan of education.

      • Zoe

Huh. So, if you weren’t a conservative, you were smoking dope at 16. Could you also, like me, have been an honor student, getting straight As, working at a library? Because I wasn’t a conservative, but I wasn’t at ALL oblivious to what was going on at the time. Actually, when Reagan was in office I was at a top-tier public university getting my degree in Engineering. What were YOU doing, “junior”?

And you’ve confused the Democratic party of the 1960s with the modern Democratic party — a common mistake among your ilk. Classic revisionist history, like claiming that the Nazis were communists because they used the word “Socialist” as part of their party name (in a very shrewd piece of propaganda that is still paying dividends to this day).

      • Michael L Stevens

        You weren’t even alive.

      • Michael L Stevens

The world is teeming with educated idiots. The universities are where people like you get brainwashed. Brilliant idea the bolsheviks came up with when they couldn’t defeat us any other way. Infiltrate the schools. Anyone too chicken shit to be transparent isn’t worth anyone’s time.

      • Becky Aheren

no obamas numbers are worse than when he came in, he did not help, but made things worse, and that is official records, not the ones made up, he can blame who ever he wants, does not make them facts, and 75% of people believe we are going in the wrong direction, plus the racial tension is getting worse, because he takes the side of violent african americans over our policement, he is a poor example, i was hoping having an american african for pressident would make thier lot better, but it is worse, in some areas , sad to say, so many more african americans than ever before are taking the side of trump never in many years has this happened, i am 75 years old and have seen a lot, i am a first time voter, and finally see a chance to get out of the corrupt, lying government we are in, you can believe your polls, but this is going to be a very close race if you believe the polls, and if you are like me, feeling they are not accurate, but as the liberal media want you to believe, clinton is way ahead, so we will give up you are sadly mistaken, our local polls given by a just system, counting equal amounts of dem and rep trump is 75% to 19%, which gives me faith in the american people, who have had it with corruption and manipulation, i still believe most people are honest good people, and could not understand how anyone who has risked our national security for thier own convenience, and then lie about it, then use her office to get rich, especially what has come out the last few weeks, still vote for her, they have to be insane and want self destruction of our nation, surely people are not that crazy

      • John Baron Miller

What are repubes offering other than more of the same? BTW, repub #s are much worse than Democrats poll numbers so if you are citing polls, go ahead and deal with that….

BTW, you are just seriously misinformed right now if you think HRC risked national security by using her own server. Do you really believe every single right wing lie? This is all just more Benghazi mania. Anyway, go ahead and vote for Trump if you like and see where that gets you. Only a total idiot would consider that option, but hey, here you are.

      • Becky Aheren

the fbi director is the one is the one who said she had classified material on her e-mails, some were so classified even the senators, representatives, were not able to read. you do not think that was risking national security? the fbi director is democrat, not right wing, then she lied about it, on video tape where everyone could see. don’t tell me this is right wing lies, it is documented truth, you are the one covering over her lies, shame on you. i believe the benghazi soldier mother who lost her son, when she said hillary lied to her, 3 more witnesses that said the same thing, way before a person that lies so easily she lies about lies, and people like you still believe her. disgusting

      • John Baron Miller

The Director of the FBI also said there was no intent and there is no reason to pursue any charges. Does that make any difference to you at all? Or are you going to continue to whine about right wing fake conspiracies? Do you think that Condi Rice and Colin Powell should be held to the same standard? What aren’t you whining about them as well because they did exactly the same thing.

BTW, nobody supports Trump. No living President, no national security official, no directors of the CIA, NSA, FBI, none support Trump and they all support Hillary. What do you know that they don’t?

      • John Baron Miller

BTW, go ahead and ask Ambassador Stevens family what they think. You are a loony tune…..smh

      • John Baron Miller

Why do you support Trump, a man who raped his first wife, raped a 13 year old, has gone bankrupt anywhere from 4 to 8 times, insults women/judges/POWs/veterans/Hispanics/etc, praises dictators like Putin/Kaddafi/Kim Jong Un/Saddam Hussein, screws small businesses, is a pathological liar, has 5 kids from 3 wives two of which are Eastern European, is dying to use Nukes, has no support from anyone in the government, and has no qualifications for this job? What in the world makes you think he is at all qualified for this?

      • Becky Aheren

wow, you have been reading a lot of leftist media, huh,in case you do not know this, it is legal to go bankrupt, my parents and son did, no discredit to them, they learned a lot from experience, happens to many people who are now successful, rest of trash is not proven, or thrown out because of people trying to get money from him, he insults stupid people, so do you and I , he says what is on his mind, wish more did instead of lying so much can’t believe a word from their mouth. 70 percent of republicans and most in congress do support him, how do you know he is dying to use nukes, he wasn’t the one to give the path for syria to get them no one ever had experience being president until they are president, but fact, hillary has lots of experience in politics and her record hardly shows she did anything in over 30 years, the few things she did she screwed up. i would take a person with no political experience over one with bad political experience any day, but trump manages 1000 of people and runs a huge interprise, which is very successful, he will be very good at running this wonderful country. like the fbi said hillary is very careless, and you want her to have her hand on the button heaven forbid

      • John Baron Miller

It is legal to go bankrupt, but how many Presidents have we had who are so fluent at it? LMAO I suppose you think this is one of his “qualifications”? WOW “He insults stupid people”? He insults everyone. And the only stupid person I am insulting is YOU. And you should just ask former GOP Congressman, Joe Scarborough about his desire to use Nukes. You are a typical, clueless, repub who doesn’t know up from down, or truth from fiction. You have been so pumped full of fear and misinformation that you should not be allowed to vote because you are the dumbest person on the internet today.

      • Becky Aheren

wow and you know all that, never mind you have never met me and know nothing about me, your demeaning manner means I must really be getting to you, all you can do is slander me, I must be doing a good job, to get you down to this level you have dropped to

      • John Baron Miller

You haven’t refuted one thing, so I guess we are in agreement here. Trump is not qualified and is a danger to our national security. Thanks!

      • Becky Aheren

the only fear i have is hillary clinton being our president when she don’t even know what a classified e-mail looks like, and has signed a paper that she broke over and over, and can’t remember 26 things the fbi asked her, now that is scary, and having this careless persons hand on the button, terrifies me, and destroys 30,000 e-mails she was told to turn over, been hiding from public, pay for play and making millions on this, a charity that only helps people in other countries, if it was here people would know how little she does in comparison of the millions they take in, go to her charity site, i did, taking money from questionable foreign countries, i could go on forever, pages and pages of actual facts, not just things made up, that they attack trump with. she claims to love children, yet millions have been slaughtered under the abortion policies, plus now she wants to be able to abort babies up to 5 months, disgusting, under the disguise of helping women, when the largest cause of deaths among women is abortion, most of those things you said she did, yes, she tried, but most of them did not pass or failed. she has changed her stand on different policies, one would have whiplash from the switching back and forth. there is difference between insults and telling it like it is, most things he (trump) has said (really said) i agree with, and so with many of knowledgeable people, why i say, really said, for instance the liberal media (your source of information) said he said mexican people were rapist and murderers, what he really said (look it up) in context with what he was talking about, that illegal criminals mexicans were rapists and murders. this is fact and documented, we have the problem in our area, my husband works with people have gotten in trouble with the law, we live in the real world, i don’t know what world you live in, but it is i think, la la land.trump is talking to us and we love him, that dream act you talk about, gives illegal immigrants right to college, food our social security, medicare, etc. without having paid in a dime for it, our own people don’t get all those things, (college) the majority of people are tired of this misuse of funds. people that break the existing laws in this land are given more than the american people, disgusting. one more thing about hillarys accomplishments, while she was a senator in new york, in four years she had 3 accomplishments in her name, one of those things was naming a bank, huge accomplishment! wow!!!!!

      • John Baron Miller

You claim she has never accomplished anything, so I prove otherwise. Then you attempt to dodge and change the subject by babbling about emails that even Director Comey fully exonerated her on….you are lost. Seriously.

You support a guy who rapes 13 year olds, has 5 kids from 3 wives, (4 of those kids from 2 different eastern European immigrants, one of which was here illegally and is 25 years younger than he is…..YUCK)

Trump speaks to you because he is talking at a 3rd grade level. That is a fact. He repeats himself over and over again and he lies 76% of the time. That is a fact. You are a product of flawed inputs. Garbage in, garbage out. You consume garbage and your entire belief system is garbage. LMAO

      • John Baron Miller

MILITARY / VETERANS / FIRST RESPONDERS
        • As a U.S.
        • Hillary Clinton, as a U.S.
        • Hillary stepped up for New York in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, fighting hard to secure funds for medical assessment, referrals and outreach for 9/11 rescue and recovery workers, and volunteers.
        IMMIGRATION
        • As Senator, Hillary Clinton fought to pass the DREAM Act and comprehensive immigration reform, helping to cultivate awareness of the issues in Congress.
        HEALTH CARE
        • Hillary wrote a law as Senator providing grants to state and local governments to pay for respite care services for family caregivers, which allows expanded funding for temporary breaks for caregivers of sick or disabled people.
        • One of Hillary’s Senate bills to distribute flu vaccines more efficiently inspired provisions of a law promoting the production and stockpiling of vaccines to improve our response to public health emergencies.
        WOMEN & CHILDREN
        • Hillary Clinton worked in the Senate to strengthen the State Children’s Health Insurance Program, introducing multiple bills allowing states to expand the program that she helped create as First Lady. The program, created in 1997, increased health coverage for children in low income and working families. Hillary also co-wrote a law compelling drug companies to conduct safety tests for products prescribed for children, and wrote a component of the No Child Left Behind Act authorizing funding for recruiting and retaining better teachers.
        • Hillary Clinton was a powerful advocate for women in the Senate and was one of the original cosponsors of the Prevention First Act to increase access to family planning. As Senator she was a strong defender of a woman’s right to choose.
        Won a Grammy.
Would you like me to go on?
Key to rebuilding America’s prestige around the world after it was destroyed by the Neocons and Dumbya Bush.
There is no arguing that we are better off with the EU and allies in Asia. We were the laughing stock of the world under the GOP destruction even after when had global support following 9/11/2001. The GOP does absolutely nothing right. Nothing.

      • John Baron Miller

        More:

        Secretary of State
        – Rebuilt America’s leadership and prestige overseas after the Bush debacle
        – The principal author of the sanction on Iran that brought them to the table.
        – Her China speech on women.
        – Her role in killing Osama bin Laden.
        – Management of the State Department during which time we saw a 50 percent increase in exports to China, aggressive work on climate (particularly at Copenhagen), and the effort to create and implement the toughest sanctions ever on Iran—helping to lead us to the agreement currently on the table.
        – Former Republican Secretary of State Henry Kissinger said she “ran the State Department in the most effective way that I’ve ever seen.” But what would he know…right?

But hey, if you don’t believe me, why don’t you listen to what the Republican candidates had to say about her:
        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHkWO3FnNFo

      • Cifuentes Family

Yeah, she does a good speech for women’s
rights, but then accepts donations from foreign nations where woman and gays do not have any kind of rights, not to mention that they wish to do away with our
Western civilizations way of life. In
fact, she is as good an orator for rights to get elected as you are at copying and pasting, are you sure you can think for yourself John? http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2015/09/carly-fiorina-debate-hillary-clintons-greatest-accomplishment-213157

      • John Baron Miller

Is that really all you have? Apparently you don’t like it when someone proves that ridiculous narrative of repubes false, that HRC hasn’t done anything. That simply isn’t the case. She is by far, the most qualified person to have ever run for POTUS in a generation. Deal with it. Or maybe you think there is somebody out there who is more qualified? I’d like to know who that is….seriously. Name one candidate more qualified than Hillary.

      • Cifuentes Family

It is hard to debate with a person who believes he is totally correct and deeply believes
in his opinions, or at least the opinions he copies and pastes. I’d say with all of what is being revealed by actual emails being released by Wikileaks, I’d say she and the system is corrupt to the core and that she is not qualified whatsoever. Obviously you agree with globalism and like to stand with corruption, good luck with that. Many
of what you copy and pasted are opinions.
That Iran deal is bogus and only affords for Iran to acquire a nuclear bomb in the near future (Podesta agreed as well in an email), supposed climate
change is your opinion, my opinion is it is a ruse to line their pockets with carbon tax, our climate does change, a natural occurrence…this crazy weather,
I’d believe more that HAARP is the cause, check out Kissinger’s corrupt past as well, as for Trump’s taxes, he followed IRS code and did not do anything illegal, but IMO I bet the Clinton Foundation is a smoke screen set up with
lots of corruption behind the scenes (and is much more of a concern to me than legal deductions to escape federal tax, which no ILLEGAL activity occurred, just a businessman taking every deduction like every other American), in fact I
think there is an investigation to the foreign donations to her foundation. Trump earned his money, can’t say that about Clinton much. What about her revealing how broke they were coming out of the white house, poor baby. How about NAFTA (trade agreement 1994), Clinton influence for her husband who passed this to allow companies to shift/move overseas and
massive job losses? So all your points
with your copy and paste is just that, based off opinions with maybe 2 actual
accomplishments, so I’d say for her record, it is pretty dismal for 30 years of being a public servant, IMO. Sounds to me you just like to cling strongly to a clip of 2 men talking and bragging caught on tape and used as a diversion of much more important issues, IMO I think our Hollywood entertainment of movies and lyrics of songs are much more vulgar and filled with sexual perversion.

      • John Baron Miller

I can’t wait to see Trump’s emails. Right? We have just as of a much of a to read all of his emails as we do those stolen emails leaked by Russia. I’m glad you have finally shown you are on the side of Russian Dictators and hate Democracy.

BTW, there is no “there” there in any of those emails. sorry to burst your tiny little bubble. Move along.

      • John Baron Miller

Hey Becky, how about that “grab them by the p***y” comment? Did you like that one? How about that tRump lost nearly a billion dollars in 1995 and hasn’t paid income taxes in 20 years because he is a failure? How about that ZERO Fortune 100 CEOs support Donald Trump. Does that surprise you at all? The top 100 business people do not not support a guy who you think deserves to be POTUS because of his business acumen. Kind of strange that you think you know something that they don’t when it comes to business, right?

      • Cifuentes Family

Could it be he will make them bring back their offshore money to the United States? Wonder how much Federal Tax GE paid…

      • John Baron Miller

trump has paid no Federal Income tax in 20 years. Zero. Illegal immigrants pay more in income tax than trump and contribute more to the US than he does. He needs to be deported after this blowout on Nov 8. He is doing exactly what we hoped he would; destroy the GOP and hand the Senate back to Democrat. Heck, he may even hand us the House if all goes well….We still have time

      • Becky Aheren

lliar, did not rape 13 year old, thrown out of court lack of evidence, tells truth, people take it as insults, too bad, never insulted veteren, hispanic, every thing you said is not the truth, you just drink koolaid and accept it as truth, i would prove everyone of your accusations as false, but why bother, you don’t want facts, you want to believe the twisted interpretation of his statements, and he has more qualifications to bring this country around economically than hillary ever thought to do, give me one fact of all the experience killary has done that got passed into law, oh yes, she named a post office and 2 other properties in new york, she couldn’t convince anyone else to pass her other ideas, cause they were so bad, like her health program that cost millions of dollars, but was thrown aside, because of worthless, and she said well i really didn’t know much about it. trump has made thousands of jobs, and is successful, hillary is successful at pay to play.

      • John Baron Miller

HAHAH….The rape case will be brought before the court this November….you literally are not tethered to reality. Nothing you took the time to type is true. Nothing.

      • Cifuentes Family

OK, I’ve decided to play your game of copy and paste…repudiate against all issues and truth brought up by Trump last 14 minutes of this video, oh and by the way, he will not take POTUS salary or 400,000 if elected! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqXF13fBxa4 As for Obamacare the surprise hit early October https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1436855809661272&set=a.201378593209006.60790.100000106019164&type=3&theater

      • John Baron Miller

He won’t take a salary because he will never be POTUS. Period. Full stop. This one is over.

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

You need to shut you TV off. Too much right wing nut propaganda swimming around in your head. It’s enough to folks puke!

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

Time to revisit all the numbers you speak of! Haha!

      • The Klandidate

And BTW, it is just silly to attempt to take credit for things going well in the 90s yet never accepting any of the blame. Supply side economics is BS and every single economist in their right mind knows this.

      • Vickie Hartley

        Very well written….
From my experience the past 8 years the left is do uninformed….Go out and talk to them most of them think Benghazi is a person……
        Really scary!!!!!

      • The Klandidate

You have no idea what you are talking about. Seriously, get your head out of the right wing bubble for a while and try reality. It isn’t as bad as you have been told.

        HTH

      • plumberskid

Liberals wouldn’t know reality if it walked right up to them and gave them a big sloppy kiss. You are the bunch who imagine that you can construct a perfect (for you) Utopia, despite the fact that humans aren’t (and never will be) perfect.

      • The Klandidate

What are you babbling about? Utopia? Who is filling your tiny head full of this garbage?

      • Zoe

        Fox News, probably.

      • Michael L Stevens

Whats wrong with that? Is it less of a source of news than your MSNBC, CBS, CNN or NPR? You have all news outlets but the one. According to what I read today Facebook routinely suppressed Conservative News. You wonder why we are uptight, you can’t even imagine how pissed off you would be if you only had MSNBC while all the other news sources and social media were manipulating what the masses see in the headlines and its in opposition. Again, you can’t imagine. One news outlet, Fox, idealistically in opposition and your fellow constituents act like shrill raving lunatics at conservative conventions and other get togethers.

      • Jim Kellogg

Hey Plumberskid hows about you link us up some facts on how the democrats are so bad. S tart with ALL the scandals in the Obama administration. ERR wait a minute there weren’t any. What the hell as horrible as you idiots believe he was he has the cleanest administration in decades. Reagan dear god 138 known and documented arrested and charged? Little W and Cheney profiteering from a personal war to finish daddies screw up. link us some facts instead of saying we do not see reality. The ones that have no real facts simply tout negative insults toward others because you have nothing intelligent to say. LINK FACTS that are not from one of your biased sites. Lets see if you can have a real conversation. YOU CAN DO IT.

      • Michael L Stevens

Here’s the list you asked for:

        1. IRS targets Obama’s enemies: The IRS targeted conservative and pro-Israel groups prior to the 2012 election. Questions are being raised about why this occurred, who ordered it, whether there was any White House involvement and whether there was an initial effort to hide who knew about the targeting and when.

        2. Benghazi: This is actually three scandals in one:

The failure of administration to protect the Benghazi mission.
The changes made to the talking points in order to suggest the attack was motivated by an anti-Muslim video
The refusal of the White House to say what President Obama did the night of the attack
        3. Watching the AP: The Justice Department performed a massive cull of Associated Press reporters’ phone records as part of a leak investigation.

        4. Rosengate: The Justice Department suggested that Fox News reporter James Rosen is a criminal for reporting about classified information and subsequently monitored his phones and emails.

        5. Potential Holder perjury I: Attorney General Eric Holder told Congress he had never been associated with “potential prosecution” of a journalist for perjury when in fact he signed the affidavit that termed Rosen a potential criminal.

        6. The ATF “Fast and Furious” scheme: Allowed weapons from the U.S. to “walk” across the border into the hands of Mexican drug dealers. The ATF lost track of hundreds of firearms, many of which were used in crimes, including the December 2010 killing of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

        7. Potential Holder Perjury II: Holder told Congress in May 2011 that he had just recently heard about the Fast and Furious gun walking scheme when there is evidence he may have known much earlier.

        8. Sebelius demands payment: HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius solicited donations from companies HHS might regulate. The money would be used to help her sign up uninsured Americans for ObamaCare.

        9. The Pigford scandal: An Agriculture Department effort that started as an attempt to compensate black farmers who had been discriminated against by the agency but evolved into a gravy train delivering several billion dollars in cash to thousands of additional minority and female farmers who probably didn’t face discrimination.

        10. GSA gone wild: The General Services Administration in 2010 held an $823,000 training conference in Las Vegas, featuring a clown and a mind readers. Resulted in the resignation of the GSA administrator.

        11. Veterans Affairs in Disney World: The agency wasted more than $6 million on two conferences in Orlando. An assistant secretary was fired.

        12. Sebelius violates the Hatch Act: A U.S. special counsel determined that Sebelius violated the Hatch Act when she made “extemporaneous partisan remarks” during a speech in her official capacity last year. During the remarks, Sebelius called for the election of the Democratic candidate for governor of North Carolina.

        13. Solyndra: Republicans charged the Obama administration funded and promoted its poster boy for green energy despite warning signs the company was headed for bankruptcy. The administration also allegedly pressed Solyndra to delay layoff announcements until after the 2010 midterm elections.

        14. AKA Lisa Jackson: Former EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson used the name “Richard Windsor” when corresponding by email with other government officials, drawing charges she was trying to evade scrutiny.

        15. The New Black Panthers: The Justice Department was accused of using a racial double standard in failing to pursue a voter intimidation case against Black Panthers who appeared to be menacing voters at a polling place in 2008 in Philadelphia.

        16. Waging war all by myself: Obama may have violated the Constitution and both the letter and the spirit of the War Powers Resolution by attacking Libya without Congressional approval.

        17. Biden bullies the press: Vice President Biden’s office has repeatedly interfered with coverage, including forcing a reporter to wait in a closet, making a reporter delete photos, and editing pool reports.

        18. AKPD not A-OK: The administration paid millions to the former firm of then-White House adviser David Axelrod, AKPD Message and Media, to promote passage of Obamacare. Some questioned whether the firm was hired to help pay Axelrod $2 million AKPD owed him.

        19. Sestak, we’ll take care of you: Former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel used Bill Clinton as an intermediary to probe whether former Rep. Joe Sestak (D-Pa.) would accept a prominent, unpaid White House advisory position in exchange for dropping out of the 2010 primary against former Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.).

        20. I’ll pass my own laws: Obama has repeatedly been accused of making end runs around Congress by deciding which laws to enforce, including the decision not to deport illegal immigrants who may have been allowed to stay in the United States had Congress passed the “Dream Act.”

        21. The hacking of Sharyl Attkisson’s computer: It’s not clear who hacked the CBS reporter’s computer as she investigated the Benghazi scandal, but the Obama administration and its allies had both the motive and the means to do it.

        22. An American Political Prisoner: The sudden decision to arrest Nakoula Basseley Nakoula on unrelated charges after protests in the Arab world over his anti-Muslim video is an extraordinarily suspicious coincidence. “We’re going to go out and we’re going to prosecute the person that made that video,” Hillary Clinton allegedly told the father of one of the ex-SEALs killed in Banghazi.

        23. Get rid of inconvenient IGs: Corporation for National and Community Service Inspector General Gerald Walpin was fired in 2009 as he fought wasteful spending and investigated a friend of Obama’s, Sacramento Mayor and former NBA player Kevin Johnson. The White House says Walpin was incompetent.

        24. Influence peddling: An investigation is underway of Alejandro Mayorkas, director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, who has been nominated by Obama for the number two post at the Department of Homeland Security. Mayorkas may have used his position to unfairly obtain U.S. visas for foreign investors in company run by Hillary Clinton’s brother, Anthony Rodham.

      • Zoe

Out of that list of 24, perhaps 2 or 3 are actual scandals. The rest is undocumented, unproven innuendo. Try again.

      • Jim Kellogg

Vickie for the record i understand what happened in Benghazi they were attakced four individuals died doing their duty. They agreed to be there knowing full well the ramifications. Yet you who didn’t even read the article is sitting here touting your right wing scruples and morals yet you cannot show one fact that discredits Obama or Clinton. You hold onto your little Benghazi pipedream. I wish everyone would leave the families alone and let them grieve without it being nationalized for Trumps benefit. If you lost a family member doing their duty for our country would you like to have your name dragged all over the papers and internet? Exactly you do not realize that these families simply want to move on and not suffer the anxst of the right wing dragging their names through the mud for the 120th time at the expense of the taxpayers. I want my tax dollars back that were spent on this wasteful headhunt. Right wing time to find a real platform to stand on. Your candidate it going to make America horrible again just like Little W and his war crimes that are documented you know profiteering along with his vice president. You are not complaining about the 1000’s of life lost at war but 4 diplomatic individuals that knew the risks we hear about? you are a poor excuse for a human and a patriot as every life lost is horrible.

      • Michael L Stevens

Jim Kellogg: If you really want the answer to your question to Vickie Hartley you would take the time to read this:
Pay particular attention to (b) Overseas evacuations (2/3 of the way down the list)
Then explain to me how Hillary Clinton’s is not responsible for the deaths of 4 Americans in Benghazi.

Ridiculous. And the only reason most people on the right know EVERYTHING about Benghazi is because they are clinically, tragically obsessed with this single terrorist act in a very far-away place. They seem to focus on that to the exclusion of much, much worse war crimes that took place on GWB’s watch. I don’t understand why; can you explain it to me?

      • Michael L Stevens

No we care very much about the IRS scandal, the Fast and Furious, any with the name Sebelius in it, Obamas end runs around congress. Those are all very important to us. And if you don’t mind we’ll speak for ourselves. The Benghazi one we do focus our attention on more than any other I think because we truly do care for our fellow Americans and especially those that put their lives on the line for our nation. I’m not surprised that isn’t as important to you. The other thing that makes it stay in the news is all the effort Hillary has gone to to cover up her crimes. She flat broke the law putting that server in her house just so she could avoid letting the record show as she is supposed to do. Then to top it all off she deliberately destroyed 30,000 of the most revealing and self damaging emails and it seems she has support from the justice department. Its a full blown scandal that makes Nixon’s Watergate scandal look like nothing in comparison. After all, what was the most damage caused by spying on the DNC? That’s basically what it was. Evidently the Russians do it all the time. Hillary is doing all kinds of shady, devious plotting with unelected and un-appointed “advisors” about our classified business all in the dirty game to funnel money into their own bank accounts linked to the Clinton Foundation through insider business dealings in these countries like Libya. She is the lowest of low and if your damn constituency could come up with someone, anyone, better than she and help us throw her ass out on the street we wouldn’t be having these arguments. Is she really the best y’all have got?

      • Vickie Hartley

When I ask them “What do u think about what happened in Benghazi most say “Who is he”?

      • Vickie Hartley

I do care what happened to these men…..Most of the family member want to know…..People stop lieing….

      • Zoe

The GI bill had NOTHING repeat NOTHING to do with Reagan. The GI bill was passed in the 1940s!!! What are you talking about?

Reagan was a simpleton. Not stupid, but very simple. He gave some nice speeches that made people feel good about themselves, so that was great, but as far as his actual policies and accomplishments? Very few.

      • Michael L Stevens

Your entitled to your wrong opinion. Its ok, we’ll survive in spite of your not realizing Reagan was the most accomplished President of your lifetime for nothing more than ending the cold war with his “simple” common sense policies. It created much needed jobs at the same time rebuilding the navy and other armed services. He wasn’t perfect and I don’t expect anyone to be. But he had principals and all this, including Obama is in the past. I can’t change that and neither can you. What I can do is take a look at the principals of the two candidates we have before us now and make a clear distinction. I in no way believe Trump can do 1/4 of what he says he’s going to do because i am a realist and I realize half the population in America is in opposition to the other half so no matter who is elected not much will get accomplished. But if I can prevent a criminal like Hillary from getting what she doesn’t deserve it will be a small victory.

      • Zoe

And there are still conservative Democrats. They did not “go extinct.” Most socially conservative Democrats have probably become Republicans; fiscally-conservative Democrats just suck it up and vote Democratic, because they can’t stand the hypocritical, judgmental crap Republican politicians say and do.

      • The Klandidate

Let’s be clear, you are lost because more than 80% of information you ingest is either a complete lie or generally devoid of facts. You are a product of flawed information. Garbage in, garbage out. You have no chance of ever living a life based in reality.

        HTH

because he sold cocaine (to US citizens) to run them guns…kinda different don’t ya think ?

    • strayaway

What many Republicans are most guilty of is going along with Hillary/Obama’s idiotic and unconstitutional policy of bombing Libya and overthrowing its stable and legitimate government. Their policy led to death and destruction, attacks on sub-Saharan Africans, the Islamic takeover of Mali, the confiscation of hundreds of US surface to air missiles, opened a new refugee invasion route to Europe, greatly lowered the standard of living of Libyans, turned much of Libya into an Islamic terrorist training ground, and allowed Benghazi. Benghazi and the rest of those things wouldn’t have happened otherwise. Because so many Republicans failed to take a stand against this Hillary/Obama travesty, they too are guilty and try to obfuscate by focusing on Benghazi. The most important takeaway is that any war mongering Republican who supported Hillary’s attack on Libya, and of course Hillary, have disqualified themselves from ever being elected to any office.

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

I see you made no mention of how Bush/Cheney’s Iraqi actions destabilized the region. But you want to appear to be an expert full of knowledge on demacrats’ role. Not!

      • strayaway

Knowledge is made available by following the news. I was thoroughly critical of many Republicans; a fact that seems to have escaped your reading comprehension ability. You must mean the Bush/Cheney Iraqi actions that were supported by the votes of Senators Clinton and Kerry among others. This article was about something that happened in Libya so I didn’t bother mentioning Hillary’s role supporting Bush in Iraq, or her role in overthrowing the elected government of Ukraine and thereby helping trigger the renewal of the cold war, her role in destabilizing the Assad regime thereby strengthening ISIS and creating a huge refugee problem, her role in bringing the Muslim Brotherhood to power in Egypt, or her other non-Libyan screw-ups. If it makes you feel better, I would like to see Bush in prison too.

      • The Klandidate

I love it. Hindsite is 20/20 and you think this makes you more intelligent than Obama and Clinton because you read somebody else’s opinion that pokes holes in things….HAHAHAHAH The Monday morning QB is at it again.

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

You and I both know that Bush/Cheney got the reluctant support to go to war because of their lies! They bamboozled many in the House and Senate!

      • strayaway

There were some in Congress who were not fooled and called out the lies at the time. Unfortunately, they were in the minority and were punished for noticing that Bush didn’t have a glorious wardrobe.

      • ORAXX

Uh huh, and poor little George Bush and Dick Cheney were just led astray by the intelligence community and made an honest mistake by invading Iraq, killing tens of thousands, and destabilizing the entire middle east. Republicans never, ever get anything wrong do they?

      • strayaway

I already covered that. I suggest reading my posts before responding to them.

      • Adrian S

        Legitimate government in Libya?…
Seriously? I just can’t believe somebody would be that big of a moron to say that about a dictator in power since 1969!

      • strayaway

The Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation has received millions of dollars from Saudis and other non-democratic Arab counties if you are really concerned about bribes and dictatorships.

Yes, Libya, under Khaddafi, was as legitimate as other governments in the region. Libya had gone from the poorest country in the world in 1991 to one of the most prosperous Arab countries under Khaddafi with medical care and more women’s rights than afforded elsewhere. Khaddafi had cooperated with Western nations to dismantled his nuclear program.

After the Hillary/Obama executive action war against Libya, it is in shambles. Libya had not threatened the US. There was no legitimate or constitutional explanation for attacking and destroying Libya.

      • The Klandidate

Oh, so somehow this is the Clinton Foundation’s fault now….got it….wow….loosen the tinfoil hat a bit. It is cutting on circulation

      • strayaway

I didn’t claim Hillary and Obama’s disastrous foreign policy was the fault of the Clinton Foundation. I replied to Adrian who feigned concern that Libya was a dictatorship under Khaddafi. I just pointed out that Hillary is lining her pockets with Mid-eastern dictators money too. Dictatorships are the norm in that part of the world. You need to try harder at following along.

      • The Klandidate

Your very first statement was some loose connection of the Clinton foundation to prove some point……there is no need to follow along with your babbling.

      • strayaway

        Work on your reading comprehension.

      • The Klandidate

It’s just fine. Work on your strawmen arguments

      • Adrian S

If you actually believe the shit you just wrote, I have a big question for you: he was in power for ~20 years by 1991, what the fuck was he waiting for to make it prosperous?
Other than that, healthcare for everyone is not something that special in the region (I’m sure it would surprise an American). And is not a measure of success, in fact it doesn’t say anything about it being any good:
        http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2011/nov/30/doctor-sets-out-to-heal-libyas-health-system/
And it’s not a good measure of success when countries like Morocco, Tunisia or Egypt that lack the oil reserves Libya have are doing just as good or better than Libya!
The US, UK and France had to act because the dictator was killing off his own countrymen, people who deserve our support because their grandparents fought with us to protect the liberties we enjoy and that are being denied to them.
        It’s that simple.

      • strayaway

What are you talking about? “He”, if you mean “Khaddafi”took over a poverty ridden country and turned it into a relative jewel in the middle east. Khaddafi provided healthcare. Post Hillary/Obama, Libya is bankrupt. Forget about health care. Why are you posting an article that makes my point that things broke down in Libya after Obama overthrew Khaddafi?

The US did not have to act you idiot. Hillary and Bush’s rich Saudi friends kill off their own countrymen too. Should we bomb Saudi Arabia too. Besides, we have this thing called the Constitution which only allows wars declared by Congress.

      • Adrian S

By your libertarian standards how is Libya a success story?
By the standards of the middle-east, how are they a success story?
They have natural resources, significant oil reserves and their standard of living has improved only as much as that in Egypt or Morocco, that don’t have a source of wealth…

Corruption is part of the region’s culture, you ignorant buffoon, it’s not something that appears over night. And authoritarian regimes only make the problem worse. You should fucking know that, of course, you have no connection to libertarianism, other than the populistic propaganda that pushed you to this ideology, now pick up a few books and start reading, you imbecile!

      • strayaway

Libya isn’t a libertarian story. Libya’ demise is more of a statist Hillary/Obama story as was Somalia under Bill Clinton. I realize that when a country is ground down by powerful enemies, stupid liberals want to believe that the remaining mess has something to do with libertarians. Hillary and Obama mugged Libya. I already explained how Libya was a mid-east success story but I’ll repeat for you and other for slow learners: Libya went from being the poorest country in the world in 1951 to being one of the wealthiest, mid-eastern countries with health care, high literacy, and far above average women’s rights under Khaddafi. Oil doesn’t explain womens’ rights. Saudi Arabia proves that. Corruption IS endemic since Hillary and Obama destroyed Libya. Your guesses about me are as vacuous as your self promoted goodness.

      • strayaway

You did catch me on one mistake. ” Libya had gone from the poorest country in the world in 1991 to one of the most prosperous Arab countries under Khaddafi” should have read 1951 instead of 1991.

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

Do you not know Bush had a very close relationship with the Saudi leader.

      • strayaway

Sure, I know that. After 9/11 which was perpetrated by almost all Saudis, Bush allowed in an additional 15,000 (male) Saudi students. Benghazi, which this thread is about, happened on Obama’s shift though in Libya.

      • Ron Hurst

Hillary did not displace six billion dollars. You pulled that out of your hat. Every penny is accounted for. Nor did al of the other families blame Hillary for the deaths of their family members in Benghazi. Only one did and she was mislead by congress. She had to balance the short funding of congress among all of the embassies. Hopefully you numbscull republicans do realize that there are U.S. embassies all over the world. They short funded them to try and hurt Hillary. They could have also have used the fourteen million that they wasted on the investigation that could have gone to embassy protection. Congress has the blood on their hands and not Hillary. She did all that she could and she was not asleep when it happened as your bone headed candidate claims. It was in the middle of the day here and at night there. She was at the state department the whole time. What you also have forgotten is that there were a number of protests attacks all over the world at the very same time because of that video. It made it difficult for intelligence to react to. Of course that would be the first thing that they would have suspected.

      • strayaway

Speaking of pulling things out of one’s hat; you must be responding to someone else’s posts because I don’t think I even mentioned $6B or “al(l) the other families”. Perhaps you should revisit my first post in this thread to determine my basis for saying that SOS Hillary left a slime trail of death and destruction. I can understand though why Hillary needs apologists for her reign of terror as Secretary of State and her vote to let Bush declare war on Iraq.

      • Ron Hurst

i was the last person to respond to all of the comments. I wasn’t necessarily responding to you. Hillary doesn’t need apologists. Congress does. Congress could not wash the blood of their hands. It was also totally on Bush’s hands for the Iraq war fro lying to congress and the public about non existent WMD’s. It scared everyone including me. Tony Blair is catching hell from the investigation that they did in the UK. Hillary was never the one that needed to be investigated it was Bush. He should have been impeached. He lied and he was so enamored on attacking Iraq that he ignored warnings from Bill Clinton and intelligence that told him of the impending attack from Al Queda. He told an intelligence person who briefed him on Al Queda that he had had his fifteen minutes now leave, He ignored it. Those three thousand Americans lives blood is also on Bush’s hands. If you will go back and look Hillary only voted to go to war under the contingencies that the inspections failed. She was never for the war originally until Bush lied to us to convince us that the inspections weren’t working. Bush also had no exit plan.If you want to look at lost American lives under the last several secretaries of state, look at Colin Powell and Condeleeza Rice. There number were much higher and they had their EMAIL discrepancies also. Bush had thirteen embassy attacks and ver one hundred killed. Bush also had his EMAIl discrepancies and he deleted EMAILS daily. I don’t know which side that you are on but Hillary is no criminal and she was a very good secretary of state compared to the Rice and Powell. It is a hell of a job and they have more than just one embassy to worry about.

      • strayaway

“Hillary did not displace six billion dollars. You pulled that out of your hat” is what you wrote. Maybe what you meant was my (collective) hat. However, since I never said anything about six billion dollars and don’t claim to know anything about the six billion dollars, you guessed wrong. As an apologist for Hillary, please explain why Hillary was stupid enough to fall for Bush’s lies when others like Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich saw through Bush’s lies. How does being an idiot or fool qualify Hillary to be President? Also, while at it, why did Hillary hand over her congressional power to declare war to the executive branch since the Constitution only gives that power to Congress? Had Bush been enforcing immigration law, many of the 9/11 crew here on expired visas would not have participated in 9/11. Obama hasn’t enforced immigration law either. Hillary promised not to enforce immigration law either. Future results are predictable.

Hillary was deplorable as Secretary of State. Here is what Trump said about her tonight. “In 2009, pre-Hillary, ISIS was not even on the map. Libya was stable. Egypt was peaceful. Iraq had seen a big reduction in violence. Iran was being choked by sanctions. Syria was somewhat under control.

After four years of Hillary Clinton, what do we have? ISIS has spread across the region and the entire world. Libya is in ruins, and our ambassador and his staff were left helpless to die at the hands of savage killers. Egypt was turned over to the radical Muslim Brotherhood, forcing the military to retake control. Iraq is in chaos. Iran is on the path to nuclear weapons. Syria is engulfed in a civil war and a refugee crisis that now threatens the West. After 15 years of wars in the Middle East, after trillions of dollars spent and thousands of lives lost, the situation is worse than it has ever been before.”

I would disagree on two points. Obama had to remove troops from Iraq because of agreements with the Iraq government. Also, I’m sympathetic with Obama trying to set up a nuclear agreement with Iran although I suspect it was a sell-out. Otherwise, Trump was spot on. Hillary is a warmonger who left a slime trail of death and destruction. I would add that her policies resulted in the triggering of a renewed cold war with Russia.

    • Isolde Nightengale

They never cut funding. Dems pork barreled it.

      • ORAXX

        Total nonsense.

      • Beverly PopeJohnson

Are you saying the GOP never cut the funding for for improving the embassies structures and security?!

    • Beverly PopeJohnson

Actually the GOP cut the funding requested to improve the US embassies structures and security for 2 consecutive years!

      • ORAXX

Yes. To the tune of nearly half a billion dollars.

      • plumberskid

And Hilary “misplaced” 6 billion dollars while employed as Sec of State. Just imagine what kind of security that could have paid for. I wonder where that dough ended up…

      • The Klandidate

You really need to stop believing right wing whackadoo lies. Everything you believe is a lie. Seriously. You are not tethered to reality.

      • Ron Hurst

Not true.Hillary did not get the funding she needed from the congress that played gotcha with her for all of these years, Congress has the blood on there hands. She was underfunded by congress and she was trying to balance the funding for all of the embassies. They wasted fourteen more million on an investigation aimed at her that accomplished nothing. That money could have gone to help secure the embassies. Your republican sequestering failed congress is the worst in history. They alos wasted several billions of dollars when they shut down the government and caused our credit rating to fall.

  • Its called towing the liberal line. Everyone knows about Hillary’s emails that say this wasn’t from a video, including Mrs Stevens even if she doesn’t openly acknowledge it.

    • GoBlue

It’s TOEING, not towing, EoD. The “line” in the saying is from track and field, where runners can stand with their toes up to the starting line, but not over it. Any more ignorance rattling around in what passes for your brain?

      • Nancy B

The idiom’s history goes back further than track and field. But anyone who uses “towing” doesn’t really get the meaning of what they are saying, or they’d be spelling it correctly.

    • The Klandidate

Try to keep up, Intel changes rapidly when events unfold and data becomes available. Were you outraged when the Dumbya Bush administration kept blaming 9/11 on Iraq for THREE YEARS? When Repubes are in charge, you were lied to for THREE YEARS but you want immediate and perfect Intel within minutes when it comes to Democrats….right? GTFO and take your faux outrage back to Breitbart

      • I was outraged by Bush. I couldnt stand him anymore than I can stand Obama. And what “outrage” do you speak of? Did I use an exclamation point? Was it in all caps..?

Minutes? What minutes? This is 4 years old… Are you a crazy person…? I think you may be. Good day.

      • The Klandidate

You are here whining so apparently you have some faux outrage….HTH

      • Whining? When? I stand on my previous statement. You are a crazy person. GFY you Demo☭rat weirdo.

      • The Klandidate

So why are you here whining about emails again? There is no “there” there. Everything has been answered much more than any previous administration ever has. Period. You are a right wing whackadoo and are here whining about nothing. Everything has been answered multiple times. What don’t you understand? Even Gowdy Doody is done with this political stunt, but YOU have your doubts….Give me a EFFing break. Go crawl back under your rock and continue your doomsday prepping.

Of course you know that there are still people calling for President Obama’s birth certificate.

After all, the best place to hide something is in plain sight and the wiley coyote Obama hid his birth certificate on the White House web page.

Those pesky republicans are still attacking, try walking out of a Trump rally/speech and they will beat You real good…wait those aren’t republicans are they?

    • jrstinkfish

Try going into a Trump rally if you’re not for Trump, they’ll beat you real good.

      • strayaway

The overwhelming majority of violence at Trump rallies is caused outside those rallies by anti-Trump rent-a-protestor or people throwing things from behind Mexican flags- think Chicago, San Jose. Unlike huge Bernie or Trump rallies, Hillary only attracts a few hundred invited guests in staged publicity events.

I’ve never seen one instance of that but there are lots of videos showing what I said. Please post proof of Your comment.

Please google the old man at a trump that got charged for punching a BLM protester in the face while being walked out by security. That and some others were all over the news. Just because you never saw the ones where Trump supporters attacked, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

Maybe, but the other parents do care. I think she is pretty non chalant about it. Chris Stevens sent around 100 emails for more help. I think he underestimated the danger. So he realized it afterwards.

But that being said, the others who were there with him wanted help and expected it.

Also, this is a pretty odd way to rationalize it. But that doesn’t mean don’t even try to save him.

To get her to make this statement is very political.

  • cindy

I cannot believe this sister says this cuz it is so opposite of the other family members who lost their lives ones. What about the video tape lie… What is wrong with this picture? Probably more spin mixed with lies.

  • Hey Clifton! Eat a dick!

You can’t add water to a glass that is already full. Anti-Clinton/Obama forces are not listening to reasoned thought and opinion. They have been in full-tilt attack mode for a long, long time.

Who`s fault that Steven and three other Americans were killed in Benghazi???? Who told the military to stand down and not try to rescue them??? If it wasn`t Hillary, than she and Obama are covering up for that person or persons that ordered the stand down. Any way you look at it, both Hillary and Obama are responsible for not supervising the people involved.

  • Becky Aheren

also saw it the news, over and over and over

  • Michael Scott Scheibner

Who the hell wrote this totally biased dribble. How about asking the other family members of the 4 murdered Americans at Benghazi, who Clinton told boldfaced lies to! Stevens was sent there to recover stolen American missiles and to cover up Obama and Clinton’s part of supplying weapons to terrorists. No matter how much polish and paint you try to put on Clinton, she is always going to be a turd. WTF is the matter with you folks? There are many women who would make brilliant leaders for our country, but Killery is definitely not one of them.

My colleagues were needing CA FTB 540-ES last year and were informed of a document management site with lots of sample forms . If others are interested in CA FTB 540-ES too , here’s https://goo.gl/WdIAH7
