Donald Trump Isn’t Crazy, He’s Something a Whole Heck of A Lot Worse

I know it’s easy to call Donald Trump crazy, but I think people need to understand that he’s not literally crazy. Based on his completely ridiculous behavior there will be people who disagree with me on this, but calling Trump “crazy” is not only inaccurate, it’s also much too simplistic.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying he’s mentally stable — not at all. However, he’s not crazy. He’s something much… much worse than that.

Donald Trump is somebody who operates in a realm of existence that’s not bound by the normal rules of reality or society. He doesn’t exist there because he’s insane, it’s because he’s so arrogant that he’s created a world for himself that only exists in his own mind. He’s so cocky about who he is, and has bought into his own bullshit to such an incredible extent, that he truly feels he doesn’t have to abide by the conventional rules and norms.

This is how he lies so blatantly without skipping a beat.

We know that all politicians lie, but none of them lie the way Trump does. While the typical politician may bend or stretch the truth, cherry pick some data or leave out certain facts that don’t support their narrative — Trump just makes things up as he goes.

Nearly every bold claim that spills out of Trump’s mouth is supported by the exact same “source”: It was “something he’s heard/hearing/people are telling him.”

Then if he’s asked to provide that source by a reporter inquiring about where he “heard” whatever nonsense he said, his response is usually something along the lines of “I’ll get back with you.” Of course, he never does.

It proves how naive and gullible his supporters are that they wildly cheer everything that comes out of his mouth, even though the only “proof” he ever has for most of his idiotic claims is “that’s what he’s hearing.”

Everyone who’s rational is fully aware that when Donald Trump says he’s “heard” something, that’s simply code for “I just made that up.”

One of the reasons why the thought of Trump as president is so terrifying is that he’s completely unpredictable because the only person he cares about is himself. Nearly every second of his existence is based upon him saying and doing whatever he thinks is best for him. He will say and do anything just as long as when all is said and done, he’s the one who benefits.

However, what makes Trump dangerous is the combination of his enormous ego mixed with the fact that he’s an idiot. For a moment, forget the racism, bigotry and overall vile hatred that’s driven his campaign — it’s been well documented and discussed countless times. The bottom line is, Donald Trump is completely unfit and unqualified to be President of the United States.

Going beyond the fact that his temperament is absurdly childish for a 70-year-old grandfather, practically every single day there are more and more national security experts — from both parties — speaking out publicly against Trump, warning voters that he poses a national security threat to the United States.

Just look at what he’s done over the last couple of weeks. Not only did he publicly encourage the Russian government to commit espionage against the United States, but on Tuesday, he actually suggested that his supporters might want to use the Second Amendment if Hillary Clinton is elected. It could easily be argued that each of these comments constitute treason and sedition against the United States and a potential president.

Trump is running for President of the United States, not the most popular person commenting on a right-wing blog. A presidential candidate’s words have meaning. When someone in his position essentially normalizes openly discussing the assassination of a political rival — that’s extremely dangerous.

Donald Trump isn’t a candidate who I simply oppose because I disagree with his policies, even though I do oppose practically everything he supports. I oppose him becoming our next president because, even if he never passed a single piece of legislation his entire time in office, his stupidity and incompetence alone are more than enough to do such extensive damage to this country that I’m not sure if we’d ever be able to recover.

If he were simply crazy, I wouldn’t be worried. The truth is, if Trump were crazy he wouldn’t have gotten this far. The real danger of a “President Donald Trump” is that he’s smart enough to potentially con his way into the White House, but he’s so incredibly incompetent that he wouldn’t even have to try to put this country in danger — his total and complete ignorance about everything from foreign policy, to national security, understanding our Constitution and even just what it takes to be president is more than enough to make him our country’s biggest national security threat.

Almost ALL other candidates for Prez usually have managed to work out their issues and learn to talk in public in a civil manner long before running for prez.

With Trump, he is still like this after multiple “interventions” with various members of the RNC, his staff, etc. etc. etc.

He is STILL like this and only 3 months till the election.

I agree with almost everything you say, Allen, but I think he’s actually mentally unbalanced beyond all the rest. (Which was very insightful, thanks.)

      Could not agree more.

the biggest problem is, what can we do about it? How does he get stopped?. His supporters think just like him and that is the biggest problem of all!!!
