Enough is Enough: After North Korea Threat, Trump Must be Removed From Office

I’m going to keep this article short and sweet: Donald J. Trump needs to be peacefully removed from office — immediately. This country can no longer continue to have a man in charge of it who clearly lacks the mental faculties required to be this country’s “Commander-in-Chief.”

That’s not me using partisan hyperbole, or simply saying something about a man who I absolutely loathe, I’m saying this as a human being, an American, and someone who has a legitimate fear that we’re going to allow an unhinged madman start a nuclear war because he’s too damn ignorant to understand the magnitude of what that actually means for all of humanity.

In case you missed it, here’s what this moron some call “president” said about North Korea on Tuesday:

North Korea best not make any more threats to the US. They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen.

Just in case some of you might not have picked up on it, that’s the “President” of the United States essentially threatening nuclear war against North Korea.

Oh, and Trump supporters, don’t even try to tell me he “didn’t literally mean what he said” — this is not a f*cking game.

Whether I, or millions of others, like it or not, this incompetent moron is the “President” of the United States. He’s not some random drunk at a bar talking trash to some other drunk fool, nor some random nobody on Twitter trying to talk tough, he’s the “President” of the United Stateseverything he says matters.

What’s he going to do now that North Korea has already made another threat? According to what he said Tuesday, his response must be “fire and fury like the world has never seen.” So, considering North Korea already made another threat, that puts Trump in the position to either:

  • Fulfill his promise to show the world “fire and fury” like it’s “never seen.” — or —
  • Do nothing.

While neither option is good, obviously the first is currently much worse than the second. However, if Trump does nothing, then that just makes the United States look like a foolish country led by a loudmouth who makes a lot of empty threats to sound tough, but nobody is going to take seriously because serious people don’t say stupid things like Trump did on Tuesday.

This is why I don’t care what party they belong to, above anything else, the President of the United States needs to be competent — which Trump damn sure isn’t.

As I’ve said for a while now, Trump doesn’t have the mental abilities to understand that he’s the “President” of the United States. He clearly doesn’t understand that, as “president,” threats like these, whether or not he meant them, matter.

It is inexcusable and irresponsible for any president, Trump or otherwise, to essentially threaten another country with rhetoric that sounds an awful lot like a promise to start a nuclear war like they’re someone’s drunk uncle rambling on at Thanksgiving dinner.

This is not a joke, this type of unhinged, irresponsible rhetoric is going to start a war and get thousands of people killed — period.

We must get Trump out of office ASAP. At this point, I’d much rather deal with a religious nut job like Mike Pence than continue putting up with someone who’s going to start a damn nuclear war because his child-like mind can’t grasp the enormity of the office he holds or the words he uses.

This isn’t about politics, political ideologies, or any other partisan nonsense. This is about the harsh reality that the current “President” of the United States is not mentally sound or competent enough to hold that office.

If something’s not done fairly soon to remove him from office, I am absolutely terrified his incompetence is going to start a nuclear war.
