Here are the Embarrassing Poll Numbers You Definitely Won’t See Donald Trump Bragging About

trump-2016We all know by now that Donald Trump absolutely loves to brag about how “great” he is – especially when it comes to his poll numbers. Then again, as an egotistical narcissist, it’s obvious he tries to validate himself and his ignorance with these numbers. It’s comical and actually fairly pathetic; he’s even gone so far as to brag that the San Bernardino massacre will cause his numbers to rise.

Well, an embarrassing poll result you won’t see Trump brag about is that these same polls also show a good chunk of his support comes from people who aren’t highly educated. In fact, in both the latest CNN/ORC and Quinnipiac polls you can make a sound scientific correlation that the less educated someone is, the more likely it is that they’re a Trump supporter.

In the CNN/ORC poll, only 18 percent of those supporting Trump said they had a college degree. To be fair, Carson (19 percent), Cruz (22 percent) and Rubio (19 percent) didn’t fare much better. I guess it’s safe to assume that the more educated someone is, the less likely they are to vote Republican – though that’s something liberals have known for quite a long time.

While the Quinnipiac poll didn’t detail the specific demographics based on support, they did break down the favorability ratings by several different demographics, education being one of those metrics. In that poll, only 27 percent of people with a college degree viewed Trump “favorably” while 67 percent view him “unfavorable.”

To put those numbers into perspective, Hillary Clinton scored a 50 percent “favorability” with college graduates while Bernie Sanders scored 49 percent.

Again, these are scientifically sound numbers based on the very same polls, conducted with the exact same methods, about which Trump often brags – and the numbers are consistent over time. Even looking back through older polls, most of his support is comprised of people without a college education.

Now, am I saying a college degree is the only standard on which we base intelligence? Of course not, but it is a fairly reliable metric to use. These numbers clearly indicate that Trump supporters – more so than those of any other candidate running for president – are the least educated.

This shouldn’t shock anyone. Trump supporters are a group of people who I have absolutely no respect for. In my opinion, you have to be a complete idiot to look at Trump and think he’s someone who should be this nation’s president. Not only is almost everything he says a blatant lie, but he’s probably the closest thing to a fascist dictator we’ve seen taken seriously as a presidential candidate in this nation’s history.

As I’ve said plenty of times before, he’s a 69-year-old “adult” with the mentality of a petulant teenager and the vocabulary of a poorly educated 3rd grader – along with being a hypocrite, a racist, a bigot, a sexist and a pathological liar. He’s someone who’s ascended to the top of the GOP presidential leaderboard by pandering to idiots, and he’s hoping they won’t smarten up anytime soon.

Of course, the same party that has Trump in the lead is the same party that is in Texas determining the content of our school textbooks.

    Be afraid. Be very afraid.

“209.3 million people in the United States are 25 years old or older, and 66.9 million have a bachelor’s degree or higher (such as a master’s, professional or doctoral degree). That means about 68 percent of them do not have a bachelor’s degree.” -politifact

When you realize that, for most degrees, ‘college’ is nothing more than an elaborate indoctrination program, this starts to make sense.

    > Hillary Clinton scored a 50 percent “favorability” among college graduates.

Yep. The average college graduate really is that stupid.
